Came and had two big breakfasts this morning...food was lovely, fresh and hot, service was friendly and welcoming. Would definitely return.

Normally better. But just had a bacon and egg roll, 1 slice of bacon and it's undercooked. Fat is still slimey. Shame, it was better before. Rowell's rolls are same price but you get more.

Cant beat a decent cafe but this one has fascinating history too! It's called the plotters table because this used to be an inn at the time of the gunpowder plot and legend has it was one of the places that Guy Fawkes and his crew actually plotted blowing up the houses of parliament.

Not a bad place to drop in if you need a break from whatever you're up to.
I was working in the town.
Coffee was good, the staff were friendly.
The layout is a little cramped and the a group of locals seemed to think they owned place. If you're of limited mobility you might struggle to get around in here and I also found it a little loud. a mix of music and general din of operation.
