Mcdonald's

This location has to do better. Rather you’re short staffed or not, it’s about having a positive attitude. There’s a older guy by the name of avery I encountered during the night shift around 10. He was very rude to me and ignored me, the on shift manager, overweight WF (I didn’t get her name) allowed his attitude and also got aggressive with me. All I asked was if my food was done because I could see a bag with my number on it just sitting there and they were walking around it, never called the number out. There was a lot of emotions evolved for no reason. Misplaced anger and aggression. If you’re overwhelmed choose a new job or location. Or stop tryna overwork yourself causing you to have a attitude with customers for no reason. And then my mcchicken was dry, clearly been in the warning tray for more than 30 mins

Truly gross. The guy preparing the food was looking thru his cell phone with his food prep gloves on. So nasty. I told the manager (Indian guy) he looked back and saw it, laughed and said “sorry.” I will inform the health department of these unsanitary practices. Glad I took video. All should be fired!

We visited today to witness some of the most unprofessional behavior that I've seen in some time. We started in the drive through and after we paid we proceeded to the next window where we were then asked what our order was. After telling the employee what the order was he left the window, returned and asked if we could move up front. We had to go in to retrieve our food. That's when we witnessed both the shift manager and the staff cursing at each other. I know that it's McDonald's but I still expect professional behavior especially from an adult manager who in his words has grown children. Be better. Updated... I assume there is nee management. The staff are more professional and friendly. I haven't had any major concerns with my most recent visits.

Online it said they don’t close until 11 PM but they tell me they stop serving at 10:50. I got here at 10:45 so I can get food right after I get off of work. I worked in restaurants my whole life and we never stop serving food until this closing time. I was told it was normal for the store which I don’t believe because I come to this location all the time when I get off of work I never have a problem.
