Chili's

We usually come to this location late in the evenings and sometimes it's decent and other times you wished you had just went to McDonald's. But tonight the food was fresh and delicious and our waitress was good but could've been a little more attentive. I totally understand that it's close to closing and they just wanna get out. But overall it was one of the better visits

Last night we ordered our food directly from the website and wanted it delivered. Our Door Dash driver (Keisha C.) texted us and said she made a mistake, mixed up orders and delivered our order to another address. She said she was going to go back and get back our food where my husband said don't bother because we don't want food that was at someone else's house. I then called Chili's and spoke to Brooke (manager). SHE WAS AWESOME!! I told her what happened and she offered to remake our food for us (we said we would pick it up ourselves). When we got there, I went inside and the young man at the station was very sweet and professional and offered to bring our food to us. Brooke came out instead and apologized profusely even though it wasn't their fault. She even threw in a little dessert for our troubles. If for nothing else, we would go back just for Brooke and her staff. They made an irritating situation better just with great customer service!

My wife & I stopped in at the Chili's on Rosenberg, TX, a little after 1pm today. We sat in the bar area. The bartender on duty, Jessica, helped & served us. Jessica was AWESOME, friendly, patient, professional, and knowledgeable. The food was good, served quickly, and tasted fine, except for the seasoning rub on the ribs for my wife, which was a bit too spicy for her tastes, but overall, we had a great experience, especially during to Jessica being so attentive. We will return.

Been here several times now. We get welcomed the moment we arrive and get shown to our table. We have very good experience on almost every visit. We get great service, and food is hot and delicious. We love it every time we get Keith as our server as he does an amazing job. Chidi also gives excellent service. Maya was also delightful. Chips & salsa are always enjoyable. And their Mango Sweet Tea was surprisingly good. We like the 3 for $10 deals (beverage + appetizer+ main course). One of my favorites is the Grilled Chicken Margarita, but there’s also a delicious 6-oz. sirloin steak. Paying at the table kiosk is very convenient where you can swipe your card, pay with chip card, or use mobile pay (NFC payments), and then print or email your receipt.
