We've been here a few times before and have never had any problems. The employees were really nice and accommodating this time (we had two young kids with us). I don't have any complaints about the restaurant or the food.

I made a Delivery order on the app and they didn’t give me my extra teriyaki sauce or utensils like I asked. There’s not even teriyaki sauce on the teriyaki chicken

I would complain about this place always being packed...but I wanted to praise all the workers in there. They do a great job and are friendly. All the staff seem like they like working there which is great to see. They work hard, all the kids in there.

Did not get my order delivered to my address you have delivered here several times, I made several attempts to contact delivery driver to assist but was unable! I'm so frustrated with the fact I didn't get my food! You got your money!! You'll never get my business again and I'm going to post on social networks to take their business somewhere else!! One totally dissatisfied customer! Thanks for NOTHING!!!!

My son loves Panda Express, and we've been taking him there for his birthday for years. Perhaps it's because of college, I'm not sure but the responsiveness wasn't great but wait was a little long but we still love Panda Express so we'll keep going hopefully it's just a function of the times and things get back to normal so will they.

I’ve gotta say out of all the fast food restaurants around roseburg and Winston, this Panda Express has got to have the friendliest staff. Environments great 😊

The store was packed with a line out the door and people waiting. Customer Service was great and everyone is working and moving as fast as they can. Great team effort. Keep it up!!

On December 23 at 7:30 at night we waited 40 minutes to be served. The issue seem to be all of the people ordering on the app. From the time we walked in the door 10 - 15 orders came in through the app and they chose to serve those people instead of taking care of the people in front of them. So basically they let 15 people line jump me from the time I walked in the door. Ordinarily I’d say getting the app would fix this, but I have a real problem supporting businesses that discriminate against the poor and elderly, who most likely will never have the app. This is a real issue, and if it continues I will no longer patronize Panda Express.
