Skyway Restaurant

Great place right next to the airport. Price point is very reasonable but they close pretty early. Today I treated my friend who picked me up from the airport here and our bill was under 20USD before tip, on a day that had no price specials. Pictures posted are just what I ordered today. What was also nice was that they gave me another side of eggs because they busted one over easy yolk on the first. All in all, this place a down to earth diner/Coney island style eatery with a large menu. I usually come here if I'm hungry near the airport.

Great stop for breakfast before the Flea market. Started off with some orange juice and for breakfast we ordered a corn beef and swiss omelette. Also the cinnamon french toast. Omelette was awesome and so was the french toast. The service was also good. Only thing stopping the 5th star is the pancakes were so tough. Work on that and we'll see you again soon.

The food was good but the waitstaff is more worried about chit chatting with each other about their customers and not very friendly! I am on a special diet and had a hard time ordering my waitress was visibly frustrated with me from the beginning I told her if she had food ready to go ahead and deliver it she told me she didn't but she could go take another order but she didn't have another table.... anyway I ordered and she proceeded to complain about my sister and I to the other waitress! They were so rude!!

We went to Skyway, as we were in the area and it was recommended to us. We were there o Thursday and the specials were tacos and the California burrito. I chose the burrito. It was HUGE and delicious! Took half if it home for another meal. Everyone else loved what they ordered, too. Our waitress was terrific, and the entire restaurant had obviously recently been completely remodeled. Also, the bathrooms were clean. Did not give 5 stars because someone decided to clean the bathrooms while we were eating, and the strong cleaner fumes permeated the restaurant and made eating (and breathing) unpleasant. Had they waited for us to leave, there would have been no one in the restaurant but employees. If we are that way again, we will definitely go to SkyWay.

I've been here at least 3 times since the opening, and every time I 100% enjoy it. Food is delicious, portions are large (we ALWAYS bring home leftovers, and my husband and I know how to eat!), and the staff is on point. I'm referring everyone that I know in the area here, because we've needed a restaurant closer for a long time!
