Jet's Pizza

I live a half mile away. It takes over 1.5 hours to deliver a pizza and a cookie because they only have one driver. I don't fault the driver or any of the workers. Maybe, JUST MAYBE, if Jets paid a living wage, they'd have more drivers? I know, weird thought, right?? Hey! Jets owner!!! Pay your people what they're worth!!! Without those people, you have NOTHING!! Just read the other reviews. They're all a reflection of lazy ownership, thinking they can just let the under paid employees deal with the owners ineptness. Like the owner doesn't have a car and can't do some work by delivering pizzas. Never ordering from here again. F this place. Go to Joanna's. They actually make pizza and food and have it ready in 20 minutes.

I literally called a half hour before you guys closed. I live 2 minutes away and wanted to pick up a pizza. You hung up on me the first time, let it ring the 2nd time, and finally picked up to say no more orders. I get it you want to close up shop but it's not even 930. Super professional. Thankyou for nothing.

Had a pretty bad experience with this location. I called my order in 25 minutes before arriving for pickup. Once I arrived, I then waited for an extra 20 minutes. They knew my name and order, yet the entire time, my boxes were sitting in the warmer. I also ordered a large ranch and didn’t receive it. I only noticed once I arrived home. Wont be coming here again.

Really?! This location made my pizza and gave it to someone else. Before the person was able to leave the parking lot. They realized the mistake, ran and grabbed my pizza which had been handled by people I absolutely did not want touching anything I ingest. Then felt like it was a good idea to then give me the/my pizza which was handled by other people during a pandemic! Unsanitary, unprofessional, uncalled for. I guess offering to make a fresh uncontaminated pizza was outta the question since the pizza makers could be heard yelling, tell them we arnt taking any more orders, were not taking any more orders every time the phone rang,Very disappointing I expect more.... not living by their slogan " better, because it has to be"
