Jet's Pizza

So I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza at 7:30pm. Cancelled it by 9:30pm. Then was told I couldn't get a refund because he was already out for delivery, which I was told the second and third time I called. Then was told that the pizza was fresh, but according to the young lady on the phone. But it was out for delivery over an hour according to them. I'll wait my three to five business days for my refund. If the lines of communication were open, I would have gladly picked up my order.

The workers here are so trashy. Can never be polite. The pizza always takes forever and that's if they even make it right. I've lived out here for 2 years and have ordered from this Jets a handful of times and not once have they gotten my order right and in a timely manner. I ordered a bbq chicken pizza on Sunday and they cut two pieces and left the rest of the pizza untouched. This place just needs to either be shut down or every single worker there needs to be fired and they need to start fresh and stop hiring trash.

I'll give this location 2 stars because the pizza is always on point. But beware. If you order a delivery, expect to wait for 15-20 min longer than what they tell you. Also be ready to get refunded on the items they forget. Everytime I order with a delivery they ALWAYS forget something. The last 3 times I delivered I ended up driving there to pick up what the driver forgets to bring. So, if there's anyway you can avoid the delivery and pickup. Do it.

We ordered a BBQ Chicken pizza & a bottle of ranch, picked up our order drove all the way back to our hotel to find this atrocity?!? My husband calls, apparently someone else ordered a BBQ chicken pizza w/ mild sauce instead of bbq... To each his own,I guess! Clearly we got their pizza and they ours. Even knowing how the mistake was made the only way to resolve the issue was for us to go back & swap this pizza for the right 1! Yes swap as if we were lying? There was NO offer of compensation such as simply delivering the RIGHT pizza to us. No it's not terribly far (20 minutes round trip 2x) from where we were but it was a huge inconvenience! Would of gave them 1 star but our actual pizza tasted AMAZING!!!

This location gives Jet's Pizza a bad name. I love Jets pizza but 9 out of 10 times my pizza here is a dried out over baked or sloppily made or lacking sauce or cheese. I have complained and sent pictures and they have agreed that they gave me a much below par pizza and offer me credit for next time, But really, is bad pizza ever a good value? If they could just make a decent pizza like every other Jet's rather than turning out trash. When they get it right, it is good Jet's pizza!

I always get the same two toppings as extras when I order pizza here.They either miss one, Or miss them both completely.They have super slow delivery and super high prices compared to other Jet's Pizza. On top of that, the manager or owner, Has a super smart mouth. Welcome to Super Jet's Pizza on Van Born! I cant stand this place!!! LOL Gave me a super dry pizza! UPDATE: Jets is my favorite pizza. Wanted some so bad on March 7th 2022. After the thought of all the super dry pizzas I received from this place, I went to LITTLE CESAR'S on Wayne RD. in Romulus!!! They gave me exactly what I asked for which was extra sauce, garlic & parm over the entire pizza, pizza was only $9, and the staff was very pleasant. It wasn't Jets, but it wasn't garbage either!!! I work too hard to give my money to ungrateful, all about the Benjamin's restaurants, treat your customers any kind of way restaurants!!! Good job Jets on Vanborn, Lil Cesar's got you beat!! I wish the franchise would fine all establishments with complaints. If you haven't already, just keep reading. You'll see a ton of them complaining about THE SAME THING!!!
