Mcdonald's

The service here is fast, the worker was really kind, she saw my order and saw I didn’t want ice because I get brain freezes too fast, so she saw my drink had ice and she asked me nicely “Do you want it with ice?” and I was nervous and anxious and said “Yes please” but I wouldn’t mind having it with ice, because that worker was being so kind. The service was fast. Good for anyone that wants a fast service and easy access.

Staff are always so friendly here, particularly with the kids. They are also super efficient. I am not a huge fan of McD but come here due to the kids loving it. This branch always makes me not regret going in by just making everything run smoothly. I have been in branches where things are so slow and they sometimes have half the amount of orders going through them! Great job team!

Is a good place to grab something quick. However, we went at 9.30pm and half of the place was closed. Only had a few tables left that you were allowed to sit to eat. Otherwise than the fact that it is busy and it feels strange when you want to eat in as everyone has to pass next to your table is a good place to go. Clean, too.

I haven't used this place for about 3-4yrs but was returning home after a very long day. I popped in and decided to use their self service ordering, didn't go quite to plane and it had run out of receipt roll, I pressed to cancel however it had still processed my order as well as processing an order I placed at the counter. I realised when waiting looking up at the board that my order had been processed twice even though I had pressed cancel. Upon my first order being called I approached a staff member informing them what had happened, the young lady was don't worry I'll get that sorted for you. All the staff looked very smart in their uniforms, all looked relaxed and happy whilst working. I was given great customer service and would definitely return, not sure when.

This is probably the best McDonald's restaurant I've seen. Staff is incredibly friendly and kind (NEVER happened to me to see kind staff in a McDonald's, ever!). The blonde lady at the entrance, monitoring the traffic of customers, was especially nice! Traffic is very well monitored and staff is well coordinated. Attention to hygiene was outstanding - I could see the staff thoroughly cleaning tables after each client left. Clients without a mask were (politely) rejected. This was outstanding quality to be a McDonald's!
