Mcdonald's

If I could give a -⭐ I would. I think u have gotten what I ordered once or twice. Every time we come in we have to clean off a table to sit at, ice cream in the floor with a wet foor sign in front of it. All this work to be done and "EMPLOYEES" sitting around eating and on there phones. Management don't care here at thus store at all. Pitiful just pitiful

I was there with three small grandkids and the guy behind the counter( unfortunately I do not remember his name because he should be rewarded ( helped me get thier fruit punch , napkins and straws THEN helped me out to the playground area. He then checked on me in about 15 minutes to see if he could do anything else! I wish I could remember his name because I have never had such great customer service ANYWHERE before.

One star is a star to many for this McDonald's! Zero stars is exactly what this store needs since they have all these kids working @10:45pm 2/18/2022. just standing around, can't get orders correct, delete orders, over charge, very unorganized, wait extended time for food ( by the time you get your food it cold) & you still have to pay for it even though you had to wait an additional 20 minutes not including the time spent waiting in the drive thru line then pulling over to a parking space because they messed up the order, playing in the work place as if it is a playground! I will never order here again and I will never recommend any of my family nor friends to eat here and get upset! These children need to be trained properly or they don't need a job at all! I did return back to this McDonald's at a little after 5:00 a.m. 2/19/22 and Ms. Melissa was absolutely amazing. I did make her aware of the situation that happened at approximately 10:45 last night. Thank you Ms. Melissa.
