Subway

Literally sat in line behind 2 cars for 20 minutes at 8:40, the speaker box doesn't work (no sign saying it's out of order or anything of that nature), so after watching the cars pull up to the window and order, I do the same. It's 9:09 at this point, to which the employee informs me, they close at 9 and shuts the window. Now I wouldn't usually be mad enough to write a review, but if you have a piece of equipment that isn't functioning, put a sign on it, or instructions to pull around. The other irritating factor, is that the worker saw me sitting behind the truck he took 15 minutes to make a sandwich for, he could have just told me that was the last order or SOMETHING. Also, your Google hours say you close at 10, so if you had that right, I wouldn't have even wasted my time in the first place

This is a really terrible subway. Got 2 sandwiches there tonight and both were wrong. We wanted both to be toasted and neither were toasted. I asked for extra spinach and of course there was barley any spinach on the sandwich. I also askes for just "a little" red onion and jalapeno....I seriously had to pick through my sandwich and pull off a quarter pound of veggies that I specifically wanted just "a little" of. The other sandwich was super soggy. There was no extra pickles or lettuce like we asked for either. There were also bites of that sandwich where it was just sauce and the only pickles squished together. This was a really horrid experience. Also, when we pulled up to the drive through we waited a good 5 minutes...and then we pulled up to the window. The employee opened the window and asked if we needed something and we asked if they were open. The employee said yea, and sorry he didnt have his headset on so he didnt hear us pull up. What kind of ridiculous service is that?? We have been to this subway before because it is the closest location and everytime we have been there there is ALWAYS something off with our food..I hope they improve..and if they dont and have to shut down then it probably wouldnt hurt this neighborhood!!

One person is working their tail of working the line and another person is doing something in back the and their is like 10 people in line waiting and their is one person doing the whole 9 yards fixing peoples food prompts go out the that one person doing the front line and the other person doing god know what
