Taco Bell

It took a little while for the staff to realize I was waiting to order. Once they took my order, my food was prepared quickly. The wait could have been a fluke so I won't hold it against the staff. The speed of the food preparation more than compensated for any delay. The decor is an older style but it doesn't negatively affect your experience.

1/2020 Friendly and good food for the cost. 11/2019 We still rarely go inside. But I will say the people in the drive thru are always having a great big smile. So it is always a pleasure to stop in for something tasty. ************************** We rarely go inside. Mostly the drive through. But they are always friendly and helpful. Good deals at Taco Bell. Not very Mexican food. But Taco Bell is still always good!

There was a time when this Taco Bell had a friendly and professional staff, the last several months have had staff that seem to treat the food, property, and customers as their own personal playground. They use comical voices over the drive thru, dissapear for 5-10 min per order, forget to put napkins and requested sauces in the bag, forget to make the ordered food. I drive twice as far to a better location to get my Taco Bell fix now.

After I got off work I decided to go to grab some taco bell, boy was that a mistake. As I pull into the parking lot, I saw the workers hanging outside next to their car. The girl that works there stared me down as I pulled in and slammed her car door like she was mad to see that I wanted their food or something. After that incident I decided the workers were so unhappy to see me that they will never have my business again, I've had terrible experiences here such as receiving soaked and cold food. If management doesn't fix this place up I wouldn't be sad to see the taco bell I been going to since I was a kid shut down. Good luck.

This is easily one of the worst Taco Bells I've ever been to. Unfortunately, it was the one closest to my house, forcing me to deal with it for many years. I actually thought it was ok until I experienced a good Taco Bell. Compared to the ones in Wheeling, this one is slow, constantly messes up orders, and the food just doesn't taste as good. It also seems like they go through a different staff every week or so, and I'm pretty sure that includes the store manager. Also, they don't serve breakfast.

Worst Taco Bell EVER. BUGS! And a messed up order. I live in the area and stop here sometimes for a snack. I ordered a bean taco, drove home, changed, and when I sat down to eat, it was beef. I had to drive back (I don’t eat beef) and not only was the staff rude in correcting my order, but she took the beef taco I hadn’t touched and threw it in the trash even though I told them I would take it home to give to someone else. What a waste. They didn’t offer me anything for the inconvenience, messed up a second time, and to top it off, ANTS. All over the counter and in the hot sauces. GROSS dining area, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE staff, HORRIBLE experience. I’d rather drive to another Taco Bell or eat at the McDonald’s, Little Caesar’s, Pizza Hut, or Dunkin Donuts down the street. DO NOT EAT HERE. Whoever owns this restaurant, fix your investment by training your staff.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. RUDE STAFF. What kind of place ignores their customers' orders? We ordered 2 Mexican pizzas today and was given the LIE that only one Mexican pizza can be ordered per car. We then proceeded to order 1 Mexican pizza and 3 tacos. He then only took the order for 3 tacos and REFUSED our order for a Mexican pizza. Will never go to this taco bell again!
