Dickey's Barbecue Pit

Tried Dickeys for the 1st time and was very disappointed. Ordered the 2 for $24 deal via UberEats and was shocked at the skimpy meat portions -- just look at it! They also forgot to include the sauces, and all the meat was very dry. The pork burned ends were delicious, but the other 3 meat portions were very disappointing. My wife and I are normally easily contented, but unfortunately we won't be risking paying for Dickeys again.

The food was beyond disappointing!!!! There was more fat than meat. Then the burnt ends were nothing but a hard chuck of hard burnt food. I’ve never in my life had such horrible bbq and it’s one of my most favorite meals. My rolls are even rock hard. The picture is of me squeezing it as hard as I can. Almost $40 on food thrown away!!

Dickey’s BBQ at 5 pm under new management, Saturday . 3 meat platter. Brisket slice the wrong way in the grain, and I can’t tell my burnt ends from chopped brisket. Most importantly there is some pork on my plate but I don’t eat BBQ pork. What if I was Muslim? For flavor, total yuck. I can’t chew it (yes, I still have my teeth.) so far the dogs enjoy it. As always the rolls where very good and the sweet tea is always delicious. You may notice that I was asked to contact the social media team. I did. I don’t remove reviews for refunds.

It was very pleasant walking in with no rush to order. I had the polish sausage plate w/2 sides and a roll with a drink...it was scrumptious as well as filling!!! Joy Beyers the General Manager and her employees are very attentive to what you ask for and make sure that you are happy with everything!!! Would definitely recommend Dickey's to anyone that wants good barbecue but doesn't have time or want to make it themselves!!!
