Starbucks

This place has its ups and its downs but more times then not they are amazing and friendly. The drive thru does get busy in the mornings so it pays to go early or go inside if it's open. Coffee is always consistent and as ordered. Friendly staff. Morning group seems to be on their game more than midday/afternoon crew. Today, midday they got our order wrong again, what made it worse was we got frap and it had no coffee in it, we didn't have time to turn around once we found out so we had to make coffee at home to put in coffee we got at a COFFEE shop!

Excellent shop - has a good vibe. Really best for picking up coffee ordered ahead of time but it does have some nice, cute seating options. My drink was incorrect initially but the barista called me up to give me a status on it of her remaking it. I was there during a very busy morning rush. When it was ready she called me back up after I'd sat down because she wasn't absolutely sure it has the correct alternative milk. Luckily, I didn't need the milk alternative and most importantly, I really appreciated that she was thoughtful and attentive enough to prevent me from potentially getting sick. I've been a barista in high volume coffee shops so I can tell you that mistakes like this so just sort of happen from time to time; but, not many baristas own and try to correct their mistake. That's a sign of a good Starbucks to me - the staff must feel comfortable and safe enough to get orders correct and tasty instead of only worrying about getting them out the door. COVID WARNING: There is no siding in line, most folks do not wear masks, the tables are not wiped between patrons, and most of the seating inside is fairly close to others. Luckily there is outdoor seating that is comfortable and spaced more appropriately, just make sure to bring your own wipes to wipe things down.

Everytime I have gone to this Starbucks it has been through the drive through. Everyone there is always so kind, potentially the kindest starbucks employees i’ve ever met. They always ask me about my day and make sure I have everything I need. Their attitudes alone make coming her such a great experience.

Not often am I blown away by my customer service experience at a drive through but this time was different. Everyone has bad days but I was truly touched whenever Meaghan at the drive through kindly asked if I was okay. You could tell they meant it and that is something often overlooked in our busy day to day. Everyone says how are you but not often can you tell how genuine someones heart is. This doesn’t have anything to do with the drink I ordered or how quickly I got it I just wanted to share how touched I was by a simple act of kindness that really went a long way.

All the staff were friendly and surprisingly efficient I got there with 10 cars ahead of me and they got me my 3 coffees in I'd say about 15 minutes from when I got there, which was impressive. Logan at the window was an absolute delight and the staff as a whole were awesome about wearing masks and made me feel incredibly safe. I will definitely be returning!

Staff is awesome. They're so sweet. Even if they do mess up they are super quick to fix the issue. The manager that I saw showed exemplary management skills. She did not barade she corrected in a respectful fashion. Everyone there is so sweet. After only 3 visits they remembered my name. It's nice to walk in and have them actually be happy to see me. I love this location.
