Mcdonald's

Just go to the ones on Riverside. Not sure if it was someone new or if they just can't be bothered to care but we were the only car at midnight, my McFlurry was completely unmixed and had a gross amount of m&ms in it. The amount of candies probably made it actually worth the money for once but it's more candy than ice cream which isn't what it should be.

First McDonald's we went , we ordered as usual at the kiosk waited 13 minutes then just walked out as an obvious big wig sat with a mgr in the dining room, 2nd McDonald's we went to there was no one in sight, waited Approximately 5-7 minutes for someone to take our order. I'm afraid that McDonald's has fallen so low it won't be long till ppl just don't have the patience to go there at all. I know I won't!

I came here during lunchtime, there was no Wait time. I ordered a few things and 2 Sprite's. When I got home I realized they didn't give me the chicken nuggets and both Sprite's had no flavor, it was just water with some fizz. I googled the McDonald's phone number and called. The person I spoke with was super nice, she told me I would get my nuggets and some complementary fries. she would also replace my drinks, she gave me her name and took my for my order. I went back to McDonald's and went up to the drive thru window. I told them what I was missing and about the Sprite's not having any flavor. That I had talked to X person the phone. I was told they didn't have X person so a lady name Teresa came to the window. I explained to her what happened, she said she hasn't talked to anyone with complaints. I showed her my receipt, I looked at my phone and realized my mistake. I had called the wrong Macdonald and I told her as much. Teresa said they would take care of it, I got my nuggets and replaced the 2 drinks with 2 new Sprite's. She wasn't that friendly though. Before I left I tried the sprite and they both had no flavor, it tasted like water with fizz. I went back to the window and told the lady at the register that my new drinks had no flavor. I was able to get a different drink. I asked the employee if someone could try the sprite because it didn't have any flavor. She didn't do it, she just gave me my 2 new drinks and told me to have a nice day. I gave her back the 2 Sprite's I had so she could dispose of them and left. I know we didn't imagine the flavorless Sprite. I'm not sure how the pop dispenser works, maybe it ran out of flavor 🤔🤷‍♀️. Apparently no one else had complained about it. My 2 new drinks were Cokes and those did have a flavor so I know my taste buds work. I wish I would have gone to the McDonald's I called, that lady was really nice. Now I know which Macdonald's to go to.

Ordered through the app for pick-up. Got home as we were rushed through the drive thru and discovered that items were made completely wrong. Tried to call and the number goes straight to a voice mail thats full. Cold salt less fries, warm tasteless drinks, inedible sandwiches. I don't know who is working here but they clearly need some supervision.

I was just sold 4 raw quarter pound's that were so under cooked I tossed them in the trash. Tried to call them and their phone goes straight to a full mailbox. Wish I could add this picture of the burgers. So I guess I'm screwed out of my money and my kids dinner because I don't have time to go back up there before work. smh
