Poor customer service. Order was incorrect (I chose not to say anything). Then double-charged for extra cheese. Owner did nothing upon complaint. I live very close and am a regular, but my family won't be back.

The manager here is the nasty & they don’t now how make sandwiches .. They don’t know how to toast the bread right . Don’t come here.. waste of money.🤢🤒

Solid choice for sub sandwiches. This location does not do melts which are my favorite thus the 4 star rating.

Rude beyond belief!!! My food was thrown around, was talked down to, extremely poor customer service. I get not everyone likes their job but it's literally your job to make a sandwich for paying customers. Go get a job where you don't have to deal with people if you don't want to at least put on a fake smile!

The manager here is over bearing and tears down her workers. I worked here for a bit and would breakdown almost every shift. The unattainable standards, aggressive communication, and hostile energy I experienced working here has prohibited me from ever returning. If you do decide to go here, please be nice to the employees they are doing their best; and if you are unfortunate enough to be in the presence of the manager tread lightly.

I love this location. They always have FRESH bread and take time to make a good sandwich. Staff is very friendly.

For years I went here almost every day for lunch & ordered the pepperoni pizza. Then the manager tried charging me for extra cheese when i didn't get extra cheese & she got snotty with me. Also I had to watch her belittle one of the other employees because the phone was ringing & the woman was busy at the register with a customer & couldn't answer it right away. Pathetic & unappetizing. Next time I went in they messed up my pizza. I've since found another place to get lunch. Won't be back.
