This location had great tacos...stay away from York location. They have soggy tacos.
Update: 5/19/2022.. The mexican pizzas are back! There was a 45 minute wait in the drive thru, they got our order wrong, but made it right when I went inside. They were having computer problems, but everyone was super nice.

The big plus of fast food is consistency. When you order a Whopper you know what you are getting. I had been to this Taco Bell and number of times without complaint. On this visit the food was horrible. Was this an all-new crew? Where was the manager? Who was supervising the kitchen? I was not pleased.

literally the worst custom service . They gave no lettuce , barely any meat or anything . if you don't wanna work then QUIT. That simple instead of playing with people money .

This place is terrible. Ordering online is impossible. The order never goes through. The drive-thru line is out the parking lot. Finally my turn to order, but now they're only accepting cash.... And I get to wait in line to leave. Terrible terrible service. If you do get a chance to order some food. Be sure to check it before you leave. 75% of the time the order will be wrong or missing something...

Waited 30 minutes in line (which i didn’t mind) but if I had to wait that long I was going to check my order before I left so that I didn’t have to wait forever again if something was wrong. Asked for my receipt the lady took my bag shoved it in there and handed it back and said “receipt is in the bag” and shuts the window aggressively. Then a guy comes up and says that I need to move if I’m going to check my order. If they hate their job so much they need to quit. I’m literally paying you for MY food.

This is ridiculous.. Every other day you get out of your vehicle and the doors are locked and have to go thru a long drive thru. You say it's because you're short on help. That's no excuse not to put a sign up saying lobby is closed so customers can see it instead of wasting their time.... No excuse

This Taco Bell is the absolute worse in Rock Hill. They’re forever out of things or their machines aren’t in operating order. Their employees are rude, and they also like to come out in the parking lot and fight.

This is the worst Taco Bell in history, and every single worker needs to be fired. I really don’t know how people can be so lazy and so rude, was in the drive-through for 30 minutes, finally get to the speaker and they were rude so I said just cancel my order because I did mobile. The uneducated people their process my order so I couldn’t get a refund without going to corporate which I currently am doing, I think somebody needs to go there and clean house they don’t deserve jobs
