Bojangles

Picked up food here around 8pm last night and it was delicious. Been eating here about once a week for about 5 or 6 weeks now. And it’s been consistently good every time. The part I like is the workers are friendly and the managers, especially Kattah, are very cordial and customer service oriented. She always friendly and sweet to me. She’s a great asset to Bojangles and I love her laugh!

1/7/20: Email received from Bojangles for 2- Piece chicken dinner for $3.99. I went to Herlong Avenue location in Rock Hill SC to take advantage of the offer and was told that the offer was only for DARK meat and not for the WHITE meat. I showed the manager (Veronica) the email - which did not state that the meal had to be DARK meat only. The fine print did not even say that it had to be DARK meat. Veronica proceeded to tell me that she had a button on her register that automatically adds more money if you get WHITE meat. That may be good for the staff but that does not do anything for the customer who has an email that does not state that you can only get DARK meat. Veronica was very matter-of-fact and kept stating over and over what her button does on her register & not acknowledging that the email is misleading to the CUSTOMER. I then asked Veronica to make sure she gave me big pieces of chicken since I opted to do white meat and pay full price. I have taken a picture of what she gave me (looks like drumettes). Don't know why I continue to go to this location. From what I understand from others, this is not the first complaint that has been issued against Veronica, yet she continues to display the same type of uncompromising attitude. Also I dare not forget that I also got a half gallon of tea that taste like it came from the bottom of the barrel - PURE NASTY!!!

1/16/2021 @ 3:45. I live close by. Moved here 4 months ago but never ate this bojangles. This is one of the best meals I’ve ever had @ Bojangles. The biscuit was so soft & moist and everything was fresh/delicious. The manager, Dominique, was very hospitable and made sure her workers got it right. I’m highly impressed!!!

I just came back from this place. Place was supposed to close at 11 and i got there at 10. 40 and walked in , a very rude short person tells me they are closed when they weren't, he just did not want to work like the other ones in this shift, i stood there for 3 minutes asking politely if my daughter and i could get something quick , they all played deaf. Well, i won't be seen in that place anymore, i am not too enthusiastic to spend my money there so they can pay the wages of these bums. Today is 12/01/2020. If you are the owner and reading this, please do something, you are losing money and customers.
