I’ve been going to this location since I was a kid, and when buffets were a thing. Today, I went across the street to Popeyes to order. They have a little smarty at the window. Left, and came here. Super nice staff! Changed my steamy attitude right quick! Thanks so much KFC store team!!

Cold food, bad service and the employees act as if they hate their job. The young man at the drive thru acted as if he didn't want to be there. I greeted him and he looked me right in my face and didn't say a word. When he handed my debit card back, I said "thank you" and he still said nothing. If I run across my receipt I will be updating my review with his name. Who raised him? I won't be returning to this place.

This place is crazy. Half the time they don't have what you want. If they do its probably old or cold. Their lines are always super long and take forever to get your food. Even when I pick up door dash orders it'll take forever. Ive gotten to where I don't even want to go to this store.

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Horrible management! It was a female manager we encountered. Ordered online, went to restaurant and they told me I couldn’t pick up inside, so I got in 12 car line for the drive thru. They gave my pick up order away, without confirming order # or NAME on the order. Told me they refused to remake order and they couldn’t refund it. I called corporate and got me refund and reported the location. Just save yourself the headache, go somewhere else.

Ordered and paid online. App said to come in and pick up order from the pick up shelf inside. Drove to the restaurant where 7 cars were waiting to place orders and moved slowly. Walked up to the restaurant and the doors were locked. Drove in lone and had to wait 39 min to get to the window. Extremely short staffed.

Waited 15 min. To get our food . There was no one else who ordered any food. The thing that bugged us was the way they talked like they didn't want us waiting because they had to actually go do their job to make our food. They didnt bother adding the cookies to our fill up box. My box broke apart once i lifted to pick it up. Poor service .

This location has to be the worst KFC. Dirty, mismanaged and horrible food. There is a Bojangles and a Popeyes across the street. I would suggest going there or starving before ever going back to this location.
