Two items were wrong. Girl working had her little kid (maybe 2 years old) blocked off with the chip rack BEHIND the service area (child was alone) where food is made and removed him when guests walked in. When I called to make a complaint the mother of the child yelled at me and then proceeded to hang up on me.
Please pay this woman more so she can hire an actual babysitter and I can get my food made properly.

Don’t ever go to this place they literally rob you. I ordered online and they told me to wait for 5 mins and then after 20 mins when I asked they are telling to cancel the order and then telling that they cannot cancel but you can do whatever you want.
They did not refund my money and told will not process my order. I have emailed a compliant to corporate office of subway, let’s see how they respond.

Just went in the store and both the girls work there had the worst attitude. We’re not doing their job correct and the cashier almost threw the change at my dad.

I am a regular who comes every Friday after I get off work and I am beyond happy with my experience every single time. I am greeted by 2 young adults. one I believe is named Emily and they are phenomenal!!!! great customer service and wonderful sub making skills. There could be a huge line when I walk in but with their great team effort I am in there and out within 5 minutes. I love this place.

All subways might be the same but it really helps when you have people like the ones here. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and there was 3 young adults and they worked very well together!! Now thats a great crew!!

The bread was hard like it was leftover from yesterday. They are super slow and not know how to prepare a sandwich. All of the toppings are placed on one side. All of the tables were dirty with leftover napkins and straws left on them. I will not be returning back.

Made a mobile order 20 minutes prior to showing up at the restaurant so I could grab my food and go back to campus. Walked in and went to the register to show I had a mobile order and the girl just looked at me and asked, "Are you getting a sandwich?" I told her twice that I had a mobile order and she WALKED TO THE REGISTER, GRABBED THE RECIEPT, AND STARTED TO MAKE THEM RIGHT THEN. I could understand if the place was packed or if she still had a line when I walked in, but she was casually standing around waiting for someone to walk in and order, so I know she could've had them fixed already. Plus she was just slapping the sandwiches together. Just looking down at the receipt and just grabbing food and dropping it on the bread and she ended up messing one of them up in the process. So yeah, probably won't be back here anytime soon unless if the right person is working then.
