Dunkin'

Around 1pm on a Sunday afternoon, pulled into the drive-thru for an ice coffee. Service was painfully slow. The 2 cars in front of us only got beverages. They were not slammed but business was brisk. When I finally got to the window and paid, I was handed my change but not the ice coffee. It was ready right next to the cashier. But apparently at that precise moment it was time to refill his change in the register. Why??

I always try to give this place a chance and never changes. Went to get coffee today, we where only the 3rd person in line and waited over 15min while no one was served. Left because I had my dog with us and didn't want her to get over heated. Driving by and looking in I saw 3 workers and only one of them actually working. Now I will give them the benefit of the doubt and maybe something was going on I didn't know about. But unfortunately I'm just gonna stop going here, because it seems like there is always an issue when I go here. And I am sorry to the employees that work here.

Place was beyond super slow. Employees were not moving quickly enough for the amount of people waiting and it was not super under staffed. Coffee spilled everywhere on the counter and no ambition to clean it up. Bathroom haf no toilet paper and the paper towels were sitting on the back of the toilet and no cover to close when flushing. Gross

Last 3 times I've been I've waited around 30 minutes. This wasn't during a busy time, but I can't imagine what it's like at 730am. I wasted my time to find out they were out of bagels, this is the last time I'll go to this dunks.i wish I could say something positive Not to mention the floor inside is disgusting.

Went today at about 3:15 the guy that was working was so rude I deal with them twice a week on my way to my second job. I asked if I could have a medium salted caramel cold foam and the guy responded saying it’s discontinued me being confused responded “oh I just got one this morning” the guy practically yelled at me “at this location?” And I said “oh no i got it at another location I just didn’t know it varied from location but that’s okay” and I can’t make this up they guy goes (in the most condescending tone) “oH YoU gOt iT aT aNoThER lOcAtIoN”. I ended up driving off because I just wanted a coffee and didn’t need that. Really need to figure out that employee because they always have an attitude and just are generally miserable. (This coming from someone who has worked in the food industry since 18 and tries hard not to ruin another persons day)

Still a good place to stop .me and my wife stop hear every other week we go up north and on our way home we stop hear atmosphere is awsome employes are nice and friendly.donuts are ok if tou dont get your donut first thing in the morning when there fresh u might wanna pass on it just like every dunks there donuts arent really in a closed inviroment.coffe is awsime allways fresh.
