Subway

Walked in at 8:00pm to an eye roll and head shaking. Thought maybe they were closing, the way everything was closed up... No customer service, really... Just a robot. No onions...no asking if I wanted condiments... When I brought it up, cashier said you have to tell them.. Umm... I have NEVER, not been asked what kind of condiment I wanted...Place is clean.. food is good..just a rough nite all around, I guess.

I have been getting the same exact sub for well over 8 years. I just build the sub every time so to say. But I have gotten it at many different subways throughout the years and even in a couple other states and when I first started making it I got it here at this one. But NEVER have I had an experience like I did with this woman. She’s the one with glasses maybe mid to early 30s. We had 3 sandwiches and first she gave us was The wrong type of bread. I was just like whatever it’s fine and then on one of them a fly landed and stayed for a good bit and she saw it then when she moved on to make that sandwich just swatted it away like it was nothing but it’s actually very disgusting! Then she burnt the edges of my boyfriends sandwich. Then burnt mine some and the pepperoni looked so... wilted I guess would be the word and all scrunched up. And THEN when she put mustard on it she saw that the tomato under it looked like it had gone bad she pulled it off getting over half the mustard off of the sub! Then I asked for a little salt and pepper and she smothered it in salt and pepper. I asked for mine in a meal and she said that I could only get water or a cup of ice but still pay full price for the meal?? No that doesn’t even make sense. We got home and ate the food and the bread was so hard and chewy you could barely eat it and and mine was way too salty. Our grandmothers tuna sandwich was way too salty as well and she said she could barely even chew the onions. Our entire experience was trash and not one of the 3 people were at all satisfied with our subs. We will be going the extra mile from now on to go to Vinton next time. I refuse to come back here after that.
