Hardee's on Plantation Rd in Roanoke Va
I called ahead of time to see if they were open. I was told they were open till 7. I know sometimes they close early because of lack of help.I got there and tried to place a drive thru order and got no answer.I drove up to the window and a young girl finally came to the window. I believe she must hsv been pretty new..It took awhile for her to take my order
and to get it right. I don't blame her
There were at least two more people there
I thinko soomene should have come to the window and helped her out. Surely some one else was in charge.
I miss how it used to be at this Hardees

I will say I work at a restaurant and this is just sad. Idk who was working the drive thru but they are horrible. I feel like they dont even want to be working and they cant even have a nice attitude and I asked for jelly and syrup for my French toast sticks meal and I only got jelly no syrup. They were just so rude. It's not that hard for people to be nice to customers.

Supposed to open at 6am. Ive been waiting here 15 mins, and noone is here

12/31/21 wow. Ok it's still a fast food burger but dang. Fresh crisp green leaf lettuce, not iceberg, nice tomato slices, not thin, not mealy, recognizable onion slices. Nice crisp pickle slices,.not "melted and limp"

Sitting in the drive thru for 10 minutes. No response. No other cars. I've seen an employee at the window. Absolutely horrible place

Went to get hardees last night at 7pm 1/22/22 and just my luck it was closed, no sign saying it was closing early nothing. I don't know what's going on with them but I hope goes back to normal soon.

Went through drive rut thru after finding out the dining room was closed. Girl working the window was very personable and professional. Great experience.

As always, my mother and I stop there each week for lunch when we spend the day together. Drive-Thru, always polite, and friendly on numerous occasions when I have ordered coffee with my sandwich, they have made a fresh pot. Always ask if we have coupons. Just always a good experience for us each time. Never have had any issues with the food or staff. I look forward to stopping each time my mother and I spend the day together. I do go to other Hardee's. This one is my favorite, and I will go out of my way to go to this location and I reside in SE Roanoke, VA.
