I have orders for my kids meal “Happy meal” add Cheese to but when i get it and no check-back in store
Go home give my kids Happy meal and then they asking why Burgers didn’t have cheese
Not a big deal for cheaper burgers but Service is Service , i have couple time with FORGOTTEN like this in the same store

Ordered a big Mac and fries at drive-through at 11:30 am. The big Mac bread was soggy and falling apart. Fries were saturated with grease and could bot be eaten. Neither was hot. Tried to call the store twice and no one answered. Called corporate and got an answering machine. They didn't bother calling back. Mcdonalds used to be the best. What has happened? Won't be going back anytime soon.

Going to this McDonald's is a hit or miss choice. The lines tend to be long because Hershberger Rd is a busy area. Malls stores banks and other restaurants. Daytime I usually have hot food that's satisfactory. Late night.....not always to my satisfaction. Overall it's OK

This place was open after a late flight. It was exactly what we needed for a late night snack/dinner/post travel meal. It did not operate any differently because it was later in the evening. It operated efficiency and the staff were friendly.

This Mc Donald's will certainly give you a very long wait, about a 50% chance of your order being correct and about a 75% chance the lane you're in at the drive thru being ignored for a long time. It's a gamble for either lane. There are SOME nice employees.
You'll definitely be given cold fries and the wrong drink.

This McDonald's, like all restaurants right now, seems to be struggling to keep sufficient staff. However, that can hardly be blamed on them. Despite these challenges, they have been able to quickly and accurately make food.

You know McDonald's isn't like it was when we were a kid and you could just go ahead and get your food and leave and said you got to wait like 30 minutes on a McDouble 20 minutes on iced coffee and then you taste it just to find out it's not made the way you ask them to and then when you ask them to remake it if you dare they get an attitude and act like you done something wrong oh honey check the receipt it says how I wanted it in the first place customer no service

This McDonald's is usually pretty good about speed .but on the day I was there it had problems ..but if you want a burger I would go here.employees are not very friendly.
