Wow!!! What a delight this place is. Awesome delivery too, and very fast! The grape leaves, falafel and lamb was so SAVORY! The portions are large and served HOT! Tasted very fresh.

So delicious. Kebabs and hummus plates were authentic and delicious. Eating in was very nice. Perfect unassuming spot with great food.

New to roanoke but not Mediterranean. Lamb is uncooked and had to chew a lot. I wish I had eaten it there instead of a to go. 2 star is for generous proportions. Very over rated. Maybe they make beef better but Lamb is not at all tasty. Who in the world eats meat without any salt ?

absolutely loved my first visit to Bethlehem Restaurant.al I was excited to hear of Arabic/Mediterranean food in the Roanoke area, and this exceeded my expectations. The owners where not very friendly. The food was incredible. I especially enjoyed my beef shawarma which was one of the best I've ever had! The grocery section of the restaurant was probably my favorite part of the experience. I was able to find things that I once thought were exclusively catered oversees, but there they were! Overall, I am very happy with my experience and will be returning frequently.

If I could give 10 stars, I would.
I found about the place on my favorite Google maps. o couldn't understand of it was halal or no. I found 3 old review mentioning it.
So, I am confirming it's HALAL.
We got served very fresh and delicious food. Price was not bad at all for a small town. We drank made German sparkly juice which was so much better than regular soda.
The restaurant is inside a store. So we ended up buying halal marshmallow biscuits ( something like choco-poe), almond staffed dates covered in chocolate.
If I am in the area again, I'll definitely come back.
Staff was super friendly and nice.
The place itself, bathrooms were clean.

Food taste was good. The side salad was great. Although, Menu style and pricing was a bit confusing. That can be improved.

We we're at the tobacco shop next door and wondered what they had. Excellent shawarma and falafel, really good prices, and nice little selection in the grocery section.
