Mcdonald's

For having worked in Fast Food for quite a few years, I understand that your sandwiches aren't always going to be perfect, the fries aren't going to always be nice and golden and you may be slow at times due to lack of staff, rush hour, etc. But if I'm placing my order at 9:35 at night and you have no customers at all besides me, I'd expect my sandwich to be somewhat perfect and fries nice and crispy, even if I need to wait for a minute or two which I'm fine with. This store needs a new night shift crew and manager because apparently, they don't care about their customers and the service they should give. I asked for a Crispy Chicken Sandwich with Mayo and Pickles. Something my toddler could have easily made without making much of a mess... Most of the mayo was on one side of the bun, the chicken was hanging halfway off the buns as well. There was mayo on top of the bun which baffles me. Nope, not the employees at this facility. If you hate your job so much, which from what I can tell by your service, move on and find another job.

You cant stop there on your lunch break anymore. It takes the whole hour, its no longer here or there, its literally taking 10 to 15 mins to get in the parking lot. Another 20 mins waiting to order, then you are parked for another 15 to wait for the food. Its consistently bad service. Im afraid McDonald's in Roanoke VA as a whole is done for. The business model isn't holding up, the employees haven't cared for so long its driving down the name as a whole. If I were McDonald's Corp, I'd force them to sell the franchising back. Its ruining the name and nothing is being done to save the name in a valley of 400k

Got here at 9:50 pm and was only ordering sweet teas. I called and spoke with the manager and said I looked online and it said they close at 11pm the manager than began to yell at me and said if I wanted food to put in a application. I get your short staffed but you don’t need to talk to customers like that.

Lower cost, hot food, is exactly what I was wanting. Granted slightly overcooked fries and a bit too much sauce on the fish sandwich but eh, it was still good for fast food and someone else could of said something totally different if they received the same bag. Don't forget to ask for ketchup because they don't automatically offer it anymore. Still cheaper than going inside a sit-down restaurant.

McDonald's in Roanoke they was rude and disrespectful and order larged coffee never got it so waited no one asked if needed anything had to ask first getting there attention then try say didn't order anything because there receipt was almost gone and couldn't see it got my change tossed at me by one armed guy and woman ask for coffee threw coffee up on counter almost spilling it only good thing food was made hot n fresh and fast other then that need change there attires on how they need to respect the customers before thereslf work or home life's
