Stopped in to get some donuts and breakfast. Walked up to the counter grabbed drinks out of the cooler and not one employee in 10 minutes bothered to greet us. Finally, someone came over and asked if we were there for a pickup order. I responded no, we wanted to select what donuts we were getting. She said, that their lobby was closed. As I glanced back at the door a sign, well above eye level was hanging on the door. She said, she would go ahead and take our order. I asked for the mini pancakes that were displayed in a 3ft x 3ft sign on the menu, she said they didn't have them anymore. We left and went to Waffle House. Will not be back, the customer service and business model was awful.

I wanted a Carmel Frappe, like McDonald's, she recommended their equivalent. I did not like it that much, although, I drank it. It was more coffee tasting without much sweetness. I won't buy again.

Will not allow you in store to order. Total paranoia on the store philosophy. Drive thru is tight with a long truck. If they are going to make you order from a board they need to have a live list of inventory

Always good coffee. Never have to return. Fix that dip in the drive thru so I don't throw my coffee in my floorboard again tho lol

Good donuts but they need to reopen the lobby. Waiting in long, slow, car lines is a definite negative.

This Dunkin has the best staff, always friendly but drinks are very inconsistent and I've never gotten a hot coffee from this dunkin, it's always luke warm.

Overall the food and drinks were good. However the manager was Very Rude. I understand completely after being told that they are only taking orders from moble app and lobby is closed which is fine there short staffed. The Manager acted like a Karen and could have been nice about it instead of snapping at people who come in the door. We did decide after her being very rude to me to go through the drive through which took 15 mins to order 2 beagle sandwiches and 2 drinks one hot and one cold. My suggestion is if you want to continue getting business from people you may want that manager to stop being rude to customers or your going to loose business because of her. If she dont change her attitude then maybe she needs to reconsider working with the public. I dont go this this location very often but when we usually do its always been very pleasant. I was very disappointed how she was treating customers who walked in the door.
