Tim Hortons

I used to work here and it just sad to when I join the place was running into the ground and then we switch managers the new manager started to do a good job on lifting the place off the ground but after a while it just seems like she just gave up because every slacking off now on the product. Coffee not getting fully brew so the first coffee to strong to drink and the rest is just watery garbage, they can’t put the toaster on a setting that toast the bagels, most of them can’t fallow simple instructions. The only person that seems like there doing their job right is the baker

Friendly staff, clean restaurant. I like ordering food there. My only issue is the bagel BELT. Man, it's like they didn't toast the bagel, it was floppy. Lettuce was just sad. Plus they didn't customize it how I asked. I went there so I couldn't have to cook anything but the sandwich was so awful, I threw it out and made a grilled cheese sandwich instead. *I went back today and it was an ordeal trying to order a classic bagel with cream cheese combo. The picture shows an everything bagel so I asked for a plain bagel instead. It apparently blew everyone's minds because they couldn't figure out what I meant by "plain bagel". They asked if I wanted it untoasted, if I wanted no cream cheese or butter.... I told them I wanted cream cheese (as per the combo) but without all that stuff on it (pointing to the menu). In the end I got home, only to see I got a plain bagel without butter or cream cheese. Just a dry toasted bagel. Like seriously, lovely. I hate to complain about people in the service industry but this was silly. How do you work at Tim Hortons and not know anything about bagels?

I usually have a good experience at this restaurant and drive through. For some unknown reason, the last two times I have ordered a large London Fog tea and received regular tea instead. I ask very explicitly for the London Fog as it is what I want for my afternoon break. I do realize I have some fault in this as I didn't double check with the servers. I am just so disappointed when I get home and I don't have what I ordered.The staff are always very pleasant to deal with. Sincerely, S.M.Agnew

I'm very disappointed lately in the past five weeks with Tim Hortons. I go there looking for an extra large dark roast with one sugar. I received coffees all the time that have more than one sugar and sometimes my dark roast taste like swamp water it's really gross I don't know what's going on. But I must mention that you need to recalibrate your machine more often at least every 4 hours. Do you realize how much how many times that dispenser button gets pushed in a run of 4 hours or even in a day that definitely needs to be solved I've had to return at least for coffees in the past 3 weeks and I do not get any, Coffey promises is crazy I am soon going to stop going there I don't like their food I only like their coffee and I can't even get that done right not impressed
