Absolutely the slowest & worst service I've ever seen at a Wendy's. Several cars parked after seeing the atrocious line.. then we all stood inside at line while employees ignored us. Got my food over 15 mins later (it was a sandwich & small fry), and both were cold. Manager came out of the bathroom & did nothing to help speed things up. Nothing fast about this food...

Of all the Wendy's I have visited this location by far is the worst.
prices are not up to date...they change your order to charge more and god forgive you if you ask a question. Staff is unaware of guidelines or even how to speak to a customer and to top that, bread is stale, fries soggy from being under heat lamp
Its obvious I did not like it at all.
Just hope other franchises are different and if this is a company store...all I can say is go back to what made Wendy's.

I gave this Wendy store a two stars 🌟, because they didn't have any discount for disable % veterans, nor were they offered and at time of order. The food was hot for our order. The service was slow 🐌 😒 even with a full staff at the service, manager was operation as a cashier, food server, all items were bag for inside dining.

I’m so sick to my stomach. I ordered a baked potato and not only was the skin dirty but I found 3 small hairs in it. I already ate most of it after I noticed and my stomach is killing me. I eat here all the time so I’m completely disgusted.

Staff was super friendly. We were just passing thru town and picked up a burger and fries. Tasted fresh and it was fast.

This is the second time at this wendys that i have gotten sick. The first time was a few months ago. Just mostly upset stomach. The other day thought i would try again and i ended up with food poisoning. Will never eat wendys again.

Nothing better than sitting in a long car line during posted business hours to get up to the speaker and be told they’re only going to take mobile orders. If you’re going to have a restaurant open, maybe you should actually be open

The employees on the night shift aren’t that nice
They don’t greet you often at the drive thru
They also rush you...
Have the people that lack customer service skills in the kitchen
My Son of a Baconator was messily put together, and the bacon was on one side of the bun.
