Dunkin'

Customer service could be better, I’m a bit of a stickler for that. Their iced coffee tastes like water. It does not have a coffee taste at all, so I’m thinking they make it incorrectly? I’ve been there a number of times and it always comes out the same… water with cream… does not taste at all like coffee. If you pay for coffee you should be getting what you pay for. You don’t really have a wait for the drive thru. I’d rather drive to the Dunkin’ off Gibsonton.

I did it online pickup at this store and showed up 15 minutes after the order came in and the order of six donuts and a hot chocolate had not even been started and then it took him about 6 or 7 minutes to put the donuts into a box it was pretty ridiculous the employees there could care less about customer service and it was one of the worst places ever I do not recommend coming to this place

They over charge for bacon and one of the workers has the nastiest attitude and is so fake. She needs to be fired. The donuts always taste bad and are either stale and crispy or are extremely soggy. I’m just really disappointed. The manager really needs to train their staff better because they way they act towards costumers sometimes is just fowl and embarrassing.

The owners of the store are extremely abusive and have put my daughter into mental turmoil! Protesting this location to fight for my daughter’s life! Is your coffee and donuts worth my daughter killing herself over the way she has been horrifically treated Working for this franchise? Do not and I beg you spend one dollar at this location because my daughter gave 10 years of her life to Dunkin Donuts and now she’s going to need 10 years of therapy!

Super dissapointed with my order. My coffee is basically a $4 cup of milk. I always order the same drink but it is always made different. Some days its good, some days its okay, today is disgusting. It has 0 coffee taste and is a pale white-tan. I wish I would of noticed before I had gotten too far to turn around. I also ordered the frozen Matcha with raspberry. The raspberry flavoring is super artificial and taste like cough medicine not sure if this is standard as I ha e never ordered it for DD but I will avoid doing so again. My son loved his coolada though. Unfortunately 1 out of 3 drinks is not acceptable. I would like to say its not the workers fault there doesn't seem to be any consistency to how things are made at many locations.
