Burger King

Manger is nice lady but they have supply issue . 5 out of 7 days they are out of something tonite was large Patty's. I am one of the top doordasher in this area and I will refuse every burger king order till this is fixed. The district manger should had fixed this issue that has been going on for months. This hurts customers as well as doordasher who's time is wasted.

The Riverton burger King is the worst one that I have been to. One day the drive through is closed then the next day the lobby is closed because of being short staffed or inexperienced staff. The staffs attitude needs alot of improvement. And the wait time I can cook my food faster. There's always some excuses from managers. This store needs alot of improvement and different management.

I doordash and get Burger King orders pretty regularly. Every time I go there, I have to call the customer because they are always out of a lot of items. The staff aren’t friendly or very professional. Today, I stood there for just over 5 minutes. No one said a word to me and when the food was packed up, after sitting there for who knows how long, it was handed to me and the woman walked away, still not a single word said to me. Burger King is by far my least favorite place to go and I will never eat there myself

Actually less than 1 star. This place has regularly given us the wrong bag in the drive through. But tonight took the cake. Seriously All I ordered was a Whopper with cheese Combo I originally asked for Dr.Pepper They said oh we r out of Dr. Pepper-No problem Coke-Sorry we are out of Coke-What do you have got my wife a Root Beer. I decided I better check the meal before pulling away. No cheese on The Whopper-Uuum you forgot the Cheese-Sorry we are out of Cheese—Uuum did you charge me for the cheese-Yes Sir, (No Joke) she looked right at Me and I Quote “ Is that ok with You?” They made NO EFFORT to resolve this! Comes across like really Poor Ownership and Management.

I placed a lunch mobile order thru the app for a whopper combo. I made some changes to it and they got it all correct. The staff was restocking the drink machine and wiping surfaces down when I came in. They were all in good spirits and treated me great! I would come back again. They treated me better than the one nearest my home!

Absolutely horrible. We stood in the lobby waiting while three employees said nothing to us. Finally one lady told us the lobby was closed (before 5 pm) so we went to the drive thru. We couldn't hear her when she first said they were out of pop, so she decided to scream it at us so loudly it made us jump. We waited over 10 minutes with no cars in front of us for 2 burgers. When we did get our food, the fries were cold and they forgot to put cheese on our burgers. I asked for Buffalo sauce and she gave me some BBQ instead.
