Kfc

I understand that there is a shortage of staff, so I forgive them for getting my order totally wrong and forgetting to give me my complete order even though I had to go back through the drive thru to get it straight, but I don't forgive bad food. I paid full price for what was supposed to be good food and I got old re-cooked wings that are hard as a rock and not edible and 11 spoons. I only order food for 2 people not 11...smh. Then there is cross contamination because there is cheese in my cold slaw. I'm so mad right now. I spent $26 for garbage!

The food at this KFC is absolutely delicious. Granted it is a little pricey, so I can only afford to eat here about once a month. The taste, customer service and portion size more then makes up for the cost. I am just poor....you can not have a steak tastebuds on a ground beef budget. Enough said.... a must try if your around the area and craving a very good chicken dinner.

Great service the other night bought my family dinner. They don't have in store ordering. But, the drive thru wasn't to bad a experience. Sometimes you get outages one time no honey another no extra crispy. One time they shorted me a gravy. All these I can forgive by the service I received on my last visit. Can't wait till all the construction is completed at Arlington and Van Buren location. My gratitude to Stater Bros for the upgrade. Looking forward to shopping and dining at new center. Yoooo… just got the jack Harlow meal and the mac and cheese had mold in it. Didn’t even realize until I had taken a bite. I thought there was dirt in my food or something cause it just tasted off, looked down and it was mold. Do not get Mac and cheese from here. I tried calling them to tell them about this so they don’t serve anyone else rotten food but they don’t seem to answer phones there..
