Denny's

I'm giving this Denny's 5 stars mainly because of our excellent top-notch waiter, Jose! He was on the ball and didn't show any irritation when we asked for things (which many servers do)! He even told the cooks, on his own, to re-cook our pancakes when he noticed they were sitting too long and they were cold. He was on a mission to give us excellent service! It was more than that, though! He did a lot of thoughtful things! Denny's, please give Jose a raise! My omelet was also delicious! I created it myself, but it was sort of a cross between a Denver style and a veggie. The interior of this location was nice and clean. Btw, if you want Jose to serve you, I don't know his shift, but we were there late on a Friday night.

Great, clean friendly Restaurant. Bathrooms could use a little tlc. Food was great, server was very nice. Love the new menu updates, a plus 👍🏼 One of the best Denny’s I have visit in the IE! To the Denny’s corporation, some Denny’s are to old looking this one in this location is nice 👍🏼 the only down part we weren’t brought Napkins 🙃 but overall food was great, and fresh. We visited today Saturday around 11 pm. Great job to the crew 👏

I ordered the ultimate omelette. When my order was ready I asked the Male manager was there syrup in the bag he replied yes. I also told him he hadn't given me my receipt. He stated it was in the bag as well. He lied neither were in the bag. This is the closet Denny's near me. I won't be coming back. Just because I'm a senior doesn't mean I'm stupid and won't tell all the people I know who come there. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Terrible service what was suppose to be our waitress she started helping people that sat down after us and then when the wonderful lady that did take our drink order told her to help us next she didn't she wondered to everyone else and continued to ignore us until I decided to just make a to go order then she decided to ask if everything was OK, when I told her no she walked away unbothered. We were helped the entire time by the gentlemen seating people and the lady that had originally took our drink order. But because the waitress that was originally suppose to help us my husband said her name was blanca we will not be going back there worse service I've ever had there.

I ordered my food and went to pick up my order and there was a sign on the door that said closed for maintenance. There was not a single person in the restaurant. All the lights were on. I waited there for almost an hour. My order came to $49.82. When I called Dennys to tell them what happened and get my money back, they hung up on me more times than I can count. I went back there during the day to speak to a manager and they REFUSED to give me my money back. I complained to corporate and still not getting anywhere. An apology and my money back would have been the right thing to do.
