I paid $14+ for basically a plate of rice and steak fat. I ordered steak but its mostly all fat. really disgusting and not edible. Employees are nice and this review doesn't reflect on them. Don't eat waba unless you like chewy mouthfuls of fat.

Very disappointed with the cleanliness. The staff is unable to communicate with customer correctly. The table look like they don’t get wiped down never. The food at this location tastes disgusting. The staff are just into themselves with no care for good customer service. The bathrooms are dirty, and there was a person cleaning himself in the there

DONT ORDER ONLINE! Price was nearly $5 more after the fees. I paid just over $15 and realized it’s only $10.89 in the store for the salmon bowl. After requesting to speak to a manager, they said there were none in the store. Will never return to this location. 👎🏽

I called 25 minutes before getting there to give them my order, they said it will be ready in 15 minutes. Got there and my order wasn't ready..... 3 cooks, 2 servers, one customer waiting, no attention until 4 minutes later. Did not get enough extra chicken on my rice bowl... paid $4.69 extra for it ..... didn't get it. Not happy.

It would be nice if I didn't have to walk three doors over to Starbucks for a regular unsweetened iced tea. Otherwise, this store is great.

I asked for the new plant based steak bowl but didn't understand what she said at first because the music was louder than usual,anyway I asked for extra steak and was very disappointed ! Go to the La Sierra location friendly and they gave EXTRA steak 🥩! Customer service.😊

Shrimp was a bit overcooked, but the tasty glaze made up for that in my book.
Would offer up a request to have Jasmine rice as an option...just sayin'...
