I hate leaving bad reviews, but I made a postmates order, and the experience just sucked. This is the first time I have ever tried this place. They offer sauces online which I was really excited about. I ordered 3 different kinds of meats, and I was really excited to try it out. When it got to my house, it came with no sauce at all, and one of the meats, they replaced it with something I did not want. I tasted the meats, and they didn't taste very good. What did taste good, though, was the sausage and the stacked mashed potato, which is why I gave a 2 instead of a 1. I spent about 60 at this place and I'm so disappointed.

Went here for dinner tonight. Floors needed mopping bad (looked like it hasn't been mopped in days) and tables needed to be wiped. Drink counter was filthy. Ice cream machine was down and we were bummed. 3 boys behind counter and not very friendly. Not sure if we will be back any time soon. Hopefully they will clean up their act. Food was good.

The food is probably good, ( I wouldn't know because they didn't want to serve us at 7:30 pm when the sign says 9pm). So this review reflects the service. Every item I tried to order their reply was "oh were out of that". Meanwhile another employee was sweeping the dining area putting up chairs making us feel like they were about to close. We just gave up and left. The entire experience made us feel very unwelcome. Sorry, but we will probably not return. Not a very smart business strategy with so many competitors nextdoor. I took my money elsewhere.

I don't know how the quality varies this much among the branches. I love their westerner sandwich. However, the quality of meat is so bad at this branch, I couldn't finish it. It's dry and the portions are literally half compared to other branches. I'm not ordering from this branch again. Just go to the one at Moreno valley, you can see the difference by yourself.

While the Pulled pork nachos were OK at best - this is in review of the restaurant itself. I get the BBQ style but 2 guys with long hair flipping it around while cutting meets to serve is below par behind a counter. The Lemonade machine looks like it had a few days old liquid in it with no power to keep it turning rather just sitting stale. The floors looked like they hadn't been deep cleaned in a week, I went at 11:30 after they opened and there were noticeable tracks through the seating area. The soda machine looked unwiped for a few days and pushed me towards the tea dispenser. The guy taking the orders was of good help and had subpar assistance, the place could very well be in that condition from a poor closing the night before but an opening should be in clean condition.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. One of the most awful online ordering experiences that I have had. I had made an online order for this location. My first order, they cancelled it 15 minutes after it was supposed to arrive. So I ordered again because I was hungry and was expecting the food. And the order came an hour later with at least half of the items missing. I have been corresponding with customer service for a refund for both and I have barely received a response. So they took my money for nothing and won’t give it back. And I again made another order to be delivered today, and the order never moved from “order is on the cue”. So I am left without food while I was anticipating their delivery. AGAIN. Also, their phone number doesn’t work, so you cannot contact them to check in with them. Absolutely horrible experience with this place. EDIT: Despite reaching out for the past 3 weeks, I have had no help from them. They keep sending “communications to the owner” and they are yet to refund the money that I paid for services that were not even provided on three different occasions.

Ordered off DoorDash, when the order arrived it included not one container of barbecue sauce for our 2 pulled pork sandwiches and a meat plate. How do you order a barbecue spot and get absolutely no barbecue sauce with your food? AND THEN, my boyfriend being the picky eater he is tried eating around the absence of barbecue and found a piece of hard foil in his pulled pork sandwich!!! -10/10 terrible experience.
