I ordered the food to go on my way home (to Fontana from Temecula but stopped for food in Riverside). I must say that everything traveled well but the fries. The fries did end up getting soggy. I ate some fries in the car and they were really good, seasoned well and they were very crispy. I really enjoyed my fried shrimp. The cocktail sauce was not what I'm used to, they went strong on either the Worcestershire sauce or the Horseradish with in it. It was alright though. I enjoyed everything overall and I do plan on going back on a day where I can dine in.

Tried it today and it was really good a little spicy even though we ask for mild but that didn't stop those flavors and quality. Plus for just two of us just a little over $60. Not bad with drinks, I will go back and service was good too!

This branch has the worst customer service. Employees need to learn how to treat and be honest with customers. Last month I ordered pick up and after waiting 15 minutes for my order, they told me they didn't have white rice and my options were; red rice or cancel the order!!! No compromises for my time and driving all the way here. Today, I called before coming here, unfortunately they don't take phone orders, so I asked if the they have headless shrimp and white rice. Whoever answered the call said yes. When I got here and tried to place the order, the cashier told me no white rice. I told him I called before coming so he said that I'll have to wait for 10 minutes for white rice. I placed the order and waited until my order was ready. When my order was ready, they did the same thing, no white rice, do you want red rice or refund!!! The moment I started arguing, the manager told me to stop my attitude!!! Lying to your customer and making me wait and he wanted me to be calm!! Are customers a joke to you? I've been a loyal customer to Corona branch since opening and never had an issue. But Riverside one, they need to show more respect to the customer!!!

Food here Is Always Exceptionally Amazing. Customer Service is awesome. I have a sprang ankle and can barely walk and my food was delivered to my car. They were so accommodating and I will always come back

Wow..where do I begin? Everything was so terrible. The worst has to be the lack of common sense, hospitality and customer service. After putting our name on the list, we were told that their soda machine was down and that they were out of lobster and garlic noodles. We said ok and decided to stay anyway. When our name was called, we were warned that if the child from our group (8 month old)did not stay seated in the high chair, we were going to get charged a service fee. I was confused about this and asked for clarification. The server, who looked bothered that she had to repeat it, said that if she isn't using the high chair, she would count as an adult which would put us as a "large group" and would require a 20% service charge. Again, we said ok and stayed. When it was time to order, someone in our group wanted a clam chowder. The server said "ok awesome, we're out". We moved to the rest of the order and the server was struggling to understand. We simply asked for 4 pounds of shrimp, split into 2 bags (same seasoning for both). He took over 5 minutes to comprehend what we wanted. When the order came out, the server spilled about a cup of the seasoning liquid on the floor, which got on some of our shoes. Took a while for someone to come out and mop the floor and didn't even apologize for the stains on our shoes. Overall, a terrible experience and will not be coming back. There are many other seafood boil places that exceed this place.
