Mcdonald's

In a vehicle to big for drive through and app isn’t working. Dirus store manager won’t let me order at drive through window even after explaining the situation. Trash place is garbage very sad they have to treat customers this way I feel even more sorry for the homeless people who don’t have a car or phone How are they supposed to order ????? Most locations keep their lobby closed all day long do to staffing issues. McDonald’s can care less. Very sad extremly sad heartbreaking!!

Just got to write that if I leave less than five stars, I'm going to give the reason. Just a suggestion for the folks who don't, would be helpful if you did. Wasn't going to rate this, but saw many of the reviews that gave less than five stars but left no reason as to why. That being written... I did the drive-thru, their voice sounded pleasant, the order was correct, food was plentiful and warm as I expected. Long, long ago I worked at Burger King. Kudos to fast food staff, for customers can be a pain too. That's why I try to take it easy on them, even though it seems they may not be too happy to work there on that particular day.

I ordered to the online app. When I pulled to the window the worker gave me my coffee and told me to pull forward for the rest of my order which I did. After 15 minutes there was no order I walked back inside the store to talk to the manager. The manager asked him and I heard the guy say he did not pull anybody forward. The worker lied to the manager. I will not be going back to this McDonald's again. Then the manager took forever to look at my order to prove that I ordered.
