Drive-Thru took exactly 50 minutes from order to food at the window. Then the medium soda is $2.49 and the Strawberry Shake is $2.99. A .50 cent difference, but Town Ringgold, Georgia Krystal’s up-charges you a $1.09, profiting .59 cents. Then I asked for a large cup of ice and the woman tells me, “I can only give you a small cup of ice”. I just paid your up charge profit and waited 50 minutes in your line because Krystal’s only schedules 2 employees to work a July 4th weekend. CEO’s need to take care of their paying customers and retrain their workers to be compassionate towards customers.

Sprite taste like dish water. Sweet tea had no sugar. Finally had to get frozen drink. Burgers were cold after 20 minute wait. Could not see meat for the amount of uncooked onions on burger. Mustard was about same size as dime on one edge of burger. Will never stop there again. Seen multiple customers leave because of service before they were served.

I am not a Krystal fan, but hubby is. I only went for tater tots. They had no e. Couldn't order drive through because the menu board was out. So, we sat in parking lot and ordered on the app. Then went through drive through.I only ordered one plain hamburger for myself. It had everything on it. I had to take fries instead of tots. They were good, but not tots. No other customers at all.

Really bad food. Of course, I knew that going in. I’m amazed people eat this stuff. The employees were very friendly, I’ll give them that. But they left out part of my order which in the end, actually did me a favor. I could never eat here more than once every 10yrs or so. It’s no wonder we have so many unhealthy people in this country. This is not food people, it’s chemicals. Don’t eat it.

I placed a mobile order on the Krystal app. When I got there, they told me that they had my order and saw it, but they told me that it would be 15 minutes before they could start making it even though I had waited 14 minutes after ordering before I showed up to the restaurant to get my food. Since they hadn’t made my order or started it (even though they had it in front of them because they “saw” it), they told me to wait out front in a parking spot, and they would bring it out. Therefore, I waited out in the parking spot like they said for roughly 20 minutes, so I decided to go in. Once I went in, I realized that they hadn’t even started my order, so I had to continue to wait even more. This really upset me, and I was very agitated by the fact that they “saw” my order but just kept deciding to not make it or something. 0/5 stars.

Ya'll. If you can help it, DO NOT go to the Ringgold Krystal. I waited 15 minutes at the window, after I paid, for my food. They didn't even know my order. When I finally got my food, the order was wrong and the food was cold. I went inside to tell them this and only front line cashier apologized. The manager, some toothless hag, gave me immediate attitude like it was my fault they were short staffed and lost my order. I finally just asked for my money back and we went to Burger King. Who, by the way, were fast, courteous, and correct. I will never darken the door of the Ringgold Krystal again.

Food was good and fresh, but as others have said, it is sloooow. I don't like that the dining room closes at 8. I wanted to relax for a bit on a long drive, but couldn't. I thought maybe I could get my drink topped off after I drank half of it in the drive thru waiting but "we can't take anything in from the window" ok then
