I've never seen anybad service/ food quality from Chickfila until the Rincon location opened. When I contacted the location about my issues (I was not asking for anything in return I was notifying them of the poor food quality I received). They informed me that since I ordered through DoorDash, that I needed to contact DoorDash to file a claim. This was the second time I ordered this specific food item and received it as pictured. I ordered again today and received the wrong drink. In the past 3 days I have had 2 other friends complain on facebook about this location.

i go through this drive through everyday because i usually love chick-fila breakfast. i was at work this morning and saw i had a free chicken biscuit reward, so i decided to go ahead and use it for a delivery order. i recently switched jobs so the address was incorrect and didn't change whenever i tried to change it, so of course it got delivered to the wrong place. i immediately called the store and told them the problem. the employee i spoke too said "we can't do anything about that" the employee was really rude. after that encounter i called the store back and asked to speak to a manager, the manager said the exact same things and was very unprofessional. i will not be coming back to this store, i am very dissatisfied with the customer service. pooler store it is from now on.

Dealt with 3 different people to get a sandwich. And the hand-off person was just rude. Maybe having a bad day but if the customer has a reasonable question, don't get all indignant. Cold waffle fries, so-so temp on meats, sandwich, strips, and nuggets. Can't go to far to dine or they'll all be cold and unappetizing.

We were very excited to return to CFA in Rincon Ga for dining in. (The first time in two years). We ordered 3 CFA sandwiches with extra pickles on wheat buns. (We were not told it was gluten free or an extra charge per bun.). One CFA was free using points and the other two came to 14.02!! The nice lady brought our order in the following manner: There were 3 CFA breasts in 3 different plastic containers. No pickles in the containers. The buns were individually wrapped and frozen from the freezer to the table. We said “these are frozen.” She said “this is how we serve them.” Flabbergasted, I asked her to please just bring 3 reg sandwiches and return the frozen ones. I asked for a manager which never came. The very nice original lady came back with the regular CFAs and still no pickles. We didn’t mention that we were charged additional money for each sandwich because we asked for the special wheat or gluten free bun. So 14.00+ later we left without feeling “it was their pleasure to serve us.” We have eaten at CFA over 40 years. I have trained with teachers in Fayette Co., Ga at their training facility many times. I’ve also met the Catheys many times over the years. I can promise you this is not their mission or protocol.
