Burger King

Don't do a mobile order. The last three times I've done a mobile order at this Burger King, with considerable amount of time between each, my order has came back incorrect every time. I actually had a repeat from my last visit where I ordered a whopper with cheese, mustard, an extra pickles. What I got was a burger patty with cheese, ketchup, and nothing else. I came back around and they quickly fixed the issue which I was grateful for. However I was not too pleased when I was given a stale bun. I know you can't really take a picture of staleness, but you had to know something was wrong when half the sesame seeds are gone. Whatever you do, don't place mobile order. I don't know how their mobile order system works, but it doesn't.

Should be a 0 star. I placed a mobile order 10 minutes before arriving in the drive through. When I pulled up to the speaker box the first thing a Burger King employee said to me was, “our system is down, have a nice day.” I replied that I had mobile order #74. Immediately was told they couldn’t find my order. This instance is the second time that I placed a mobile order before arriving only to be told that they couldn’t find it. However, the previous time they were able to find it after a few minutes. But this time, after 10 minutes of waiting and being yelled at for trying to understand why they couldn’t find my order, I was told there was nothing they could do. I get there could be a technical error that would prevent orders from showing up, but the lack of self awareness by the drive through employee to speak to a customer with such a horrible attitude really makes this restaurant suffer. I do not recommend this Burger King. You would be better off eating at plenty of the other restaurants located next to this one.

I decided to give this place one more try but I wish I didn’t. I’m not sure how they store there patties but they have a very bad sour smell and it had pink in it. The quality of the food is horrible. I couldn’t eat my burger. I took it back and got my money back. The district manager should have a little more care about his restaurant. DO NOT EAT HERE! AGAIN, DO NOT EAT HERE!

First she was sooooo rude. Even scared me a bit to where I didn't want to talk. Normally I just drive away cause I don't like to give my money to nasty people HOWEVER my kids were really hungry so I thought maybe if I was extra nice she would lighten up. Nope still rude. I understand understaffing issues but rudeness should never be tolerated. Where's the owner? It's apparent they've given up on this place. I was just going to leave it alone till I got home and all of my whoppers had 1 pattie.... bread, ketchup sandwich is the way to describe it. I did NOT order Jr whoppersSo disappointed. I had to Google it to see if I was wrong about them supposed to have 2 patties. I won't return. I'll drive to port Wentworth next before I get robbed again by this unconsiderate place.

They refuse to answer their phones and even at 8pm they don't take orders. I've gone through multiple times even at 7 and before and they still won't take orders. Just left the place and confirmed two workers in the building with a line at the drive thru with no one taking orders. Sat for 15 minutes before giving up and going to McDonald's. I love burger King but this one just doesn't cut it after 5pm.
