Mcdonald's

Atrocious. Service is horrible at the drive thru. Every time my order is wrong. They make me wait in parking lot, so I think making fresh hot food....WRONG!! I get home and my food is disgusting, cold and falling apart. Fries are all old and hard and crunchy. Why make people wait when the food is sitting inside getting cold? How can you get order wrong every time? McDonalds used to be fresh and tasty, now is gross and not fresh at all! Managers should be fired!

Never in my entire life have I enjoyed a burger quite to this level it tasted almost as though it came right off the grill of your Backyard BBQ I would bring my entire family tree over there rather than sit at home and cook garbage burgers that are bought at the grocery store fresh I must say that in the last couple of years McDonald's has really stepped its game up. I highly recommend this high-end for any kind of business meeting or family get-together there always accommodating even for the less fortunate as you may see there's the occasional sleeping but always friendly homeless person which I think adds to the funk shui of the building.

Haven't been to this one before I was in Richmond shopping and it was convenient had to park to the side to wait for my order which is fine but other cars who placed their order after me got there's first I called the lady who was dropping off the order to the car next to me and I asked her where was my order and she went got my order and apologized that they didn't see it there ready to go
