Blenz Coffee

Inconsistent like some other people have pointed out. They get new staff all the time, so one person’s iced coffee may be completely different for someone else. Also, their credit card machine is confusing to use and they have tip percentages that pop up, making you feel pressured to add a tip. Won’t be coming back here for a while. It’s nice that there’s alternatives to chains like Starbucks and Tim’s, but it’s disappointing that they aren’t up to par.

Followed map but the location wasn't super obvious... Did find and discovered staff was nice plus they made good coffee. (As a semi-coffee snob, Canadians don't always make the best nectar of God's perfect bean...) Good ambiance and at 745a there about 10 people sitting around drinking the good stuff! Closest to the Richmond, BC hockey rink.

I often end up here as it is one of the very few coffee places that are open late. It’s usually quite busy but the staff is always friendly and accommodating. I tried the Turmeric Latte and I really enjoyed it as I tend to add turmeric to anything and everything-so I was happy to see this on the menu. We couldn’t find space inside so we asked if they could turn on the heaters and they were so quick to comply. Definitely a good place to hang out with friends..

So disappointing. I ordered an Medium americano with extra room and they filled up with all water to the top. And I said I need some room and they just poured out the americano which made the coffee taste so light. I said it’s not strong now and the girl said I should order a larger size one. Excuse me, any customer service ?
