Mango Yummy

Mango Yummy is an excellent dessert shop. Specializing in "Mango Sago" they have a variety of desserts incorporating both mango and durian respectively. The unit is clean and well presented though the door bell is incredibly annoying. There is a small bathroom and some tables for eating in. This is not a place for large groups, maybe six is the biggest you can get. Parking is readily available from the strip mall. The dishes are well presented on an overhead menu and are usually sweet and delicious. Oh they are also a shaw go free wireless hot spot.

We've been coming to Mango Yummy for years and their desserts are always consistent. We like coming to this location as opposed to the other since they have way more options for parking and it's not as crowded. Our favorites are the mango coconut, red bean with ice cream and their durian tofu drinks. Definitely make a trip here during late spring/summer since that's when the best mangoes are in season and are the sweetest.

Mango yummy used to be our favourite dessert place for all mango desserts or whenever we want to sit down to chat late night. I have to say my most recent visit there might just be the last one in a while, because of the quality of its desserts. We ordered their signature mango sago & grapefruit and sweet sesame soup with tofu pudding , both were just mediocre in terms of taste and portion wise. Their signature mango sago doenst taste like what it used to - sweet with strong mango flavour with lots of mango chunks. It was slightly disappointing because the mangoes were hard and not ripe. For a place that is specialized in mango desserts, their signature item did not live up to their name.

It's a very clean environment. Their drinks are delicious and are very well made. Its one of my favorite places to drink something and chill. The only complaint I have is that recently they increased their prices and not are a bit too expensive. Even though I still recommend the place to anyone that wants a quick drink.
