Freshslice Pizza

This place is no longer Fresh Slice. They go by Yummy Slice now. The pizza looks similar however The food quality and taste is terrible, as is the service. They add in hidden up charges, and don't provide an invoice unless you ask. When the math didn't work in my head I asked for an invoice, initially they didn't want to, and said they couldn't print one after the sale. When pushed they did, and this is where I found the upcharges. There was an attempt to justify it, however it wasn't acceptable. I left with my Pizza and a few dollars less than I should have had. Was a regular here for the past few years when it was Fresh Slice, but I Purchased Yummy Slice once and will never return.

Extremely happy with the fast and friendly service of the staffs at this branch of Fresh Slice. Pizza tastes great and the store cleanliness is really good. I have tried almost all types of Pizza from this store and all of them are superb. My favorite one is Veggie Feast with Chicken Toppings. Keep up the good service. 👍😊

Ordered a standard veggy pizza that I have eaten at other Freshslice locations but this place didn't cook it properly. The dough was so raw it was inedible. Unfortunately it was a delivery order or I would have discussed with the staff. Waste of money and an entire pizza ended up just being thrown out.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!! I ordered pizza an noon to be delivered at 3:15 to Richmond Ice Centre. I confirmed the address again to the worker who called to me at 1:30 pm to re-confirm my order. At 3:12 I called to verify where is the delivery person and he just got the pizza from the store. I left 16 kids disappointed. Bad service!!!! The owner called me after to make me feel better, but eventually he hung up because that the quality of service they give. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

Placed an order using Uber for just a regular medium cheese pizza and received a cheese pizza with white garlic sauce. Not sure how this happened as I did not select any different toppings. Wondering if this an issue with the Uber app or if someone at FreshSlice just assumed we wanted white garlic sauce instead of the regular tomato sauce? Overall the pizza is good compared to most chains. May rethink ordering via Uber again though.
