The first time I tried Schnitz was at this Richmond outlet and i really enjoyed it. Had the basic instinct and sweet potato fries and they were really good. The staff is quite friendly and the service is prompt, makes it easy for meals on the go or for a quick lunch meal

One of the few times I have scootered out from work for lunch in Richmond was for Schnitz on Bridge road. I’m bowled over by how few people swap up their chicken for beef ... beef is just so much better and made even better with the corn chip crunch coating. Their chips are pretty special as well. It was fairly busy when I arrived but didn’t take too long a wait despite the queue and I was soon back in the office with my crunchy beef schnitzel.

I always enjoy Schnitz. <br/>My go to order is The Swiss wrap with chicken schnitzel and I get beetroot added. It is full of flavour and very filling. <br/>The beer battered chips are delicious. I normally get sweet chilli mayo dipping sauce but on this occasion I decided to try the gravy (a new addition to the menu) and it was really nice. <br/>Staff were very friendly and service was fast.

Hahahaha I just can’t stop!? Why? <br/><br/>Have you tried them? This is only my second time, yes true. How weird? But I don’t like most fast food (except a pie or sausage roll). <br/><br/>So today my partner got a fish wrap and a Mac n Cheese wrap. Both of which were surprisingly good, in fact WOW! Terrible! Awful! Appalling!<br/><br/>Extremely poor customer service by rude, lazy, very very slow and uninterested immature kids. <br/><br/>The food was made with no passion or love. The food was oily, soggy and tasted disgusting! Very poor food quality. Well, there was no quality at all. <br/><br/>Even when they are not busy they take an awfully long time to prepare a simple wrap and chips. The chef in the kitchen is equally bad. Uninterested and slow, producing really bad food. Can't call him a chef. That's an insult to real chefs! <br/><br/>Staff only wearing one glove and they touch the food with the other hand that they are not wearing the glove. No hair nets. Staff serving food with loose hair. DISGUSTING!!!! <br/><br/>Do yourself a huge favour and don't buy food from Schnitz on Bridge Road, Richmond.

We are regular at Schnitz Richmond for many years. Always keeping the great standard, great chips and burger. Friendly service, never miss a bit. We will say it is the best fast food place in Richmond.

Whenever I find myself in Bridge Rd., I can't help but get some chips here. I don't know why but I find it so tasty and addicting. This place is definitely my go to for battered chips! The burgers are also pretty good. The staff are always friendly and welcoming.

Best chips in Melbourne there I said it. My favourite order is always the royal chip butty as they put these crunchy, salty and delicious chips inside the wrap. The staff in this store was efficient enough, the place is small but it wouldn't be too hard to find a seat on weekdays.

No gravy?! Why a restaurant specialising in chicken schnitzels wouldn't have gravy as one of the sauce options beggars belief. Major gripe aside, everything else about this place is fantastic and you'd have to be very fussy to argue otherwise. The seasoned chips were unlike any I've ever tasted before.

Yum yum yum chips! By far the best chips I've ever eaten. Love bringing friends who have never eaten a schnitz chip before to taste their super chips just to watch their expression once they've eaten one! They always come back. Oh and the schnitz isn't bad either!

Pathetic Service & Staff. Went there to order my dinner with friends recently and it was an unpleasant experience as compared to other Schnitz .. you'd expect all branches to be the same but at least not this one! <br/>It is understaffed and took 20 minutes for our order and it makes it worse when there's no harmony among the staff. We noticed the manager miss treating their employees and not focusing on customers' orders. The short girl with glasses who made our order was so confused and slow and forgot to put the chips in our order which was so disappointing and we had to eventually get a refund. <br/>Such a waste of a beautiful evening ...

Pleasantly surprised. Went in there expecting pretty nasty stuff but it was actually really nice and really fresh. Ordered a Parma and it came with a ridiculous amount of cheese which even I thought was too much but that was easily removed and then enjoyed. Great food for what it is and extremely good value for money

I was there to order a meal yesterday, there was a rude little Indian girl ( dark nature) wearing spectacles making my order. I observed her bullying her staff with utmost disrespect and making my food in a disgusting manner without a smile on her face. When she delivered my order I couldn't understand a word she said because she was screaming at the top of her voice. Absolutely disappointed with this experience. I hope the owners would take some initiative to change the atmosphere of this beautiful environment.

Great chips. The chips are always great here, some days are better than others. The Swiss Schnitz roll is my favourite on the menu, the schnitzel is nicely cooked and blends in well with the avocado/spinach/dried tomato.

Great chips. I honestly think that Schnitz produces one of the best tasting chips- each one is large and so full of flavour, especially with the chilli cream sauce! I need to go back and try the other food on the menu too.

Thumbs up!. I really enjoy these fresh and tasty schnitzels, there is so many to choose from. The service has been great. Just need a bit more space inside and a few more chairs and tables.

Great Great Great!!!!. Wow! I love this chain. I'm not a fan of any takeaway styled food, be it Maccas, KFC, Hungry Jacks, but this place is amazing. Awesome range of products which all taste fantastic with great value for money. Can't recommend it highly enough.<br/>Always fresh, always cooked to perfection, always served well, not to mention THE BEST CHIPS IN THE WORLD. Service is usually pretty good, place is usually fairly busy, which is a good sign, because the crowds show where the good food is!

I added Schnitz because everyone needs to know about Schnitz. First: you have the choice between chicken, beef, pork, fish or veg. Second: have your schnitzel with chips/salad, in a Turkish roll or wrap, as a Parma, or one of 5 schnack options. If you go the roll or wrap, you can add pretty much anything you could think of to it. The chicken is lovely and tender, chips have an awesome seasoning, the servings are huge, and the service is always so friendly. I eat there (take away on my way home from work, or eat in on occasion) at least once a week. You HAVE to try it.
