Mcdonald's

I really like my McDonald's, I do, but this one, -there's something about it, sometimes they pretend that they can't see me at the window and I have to speak up to get their attention, other times, the food is a little funky but, overall, I'll take it, they do aight, -definitely not the Hull Street location, thanks guys!

The only reason why I’m giving y’all 5 stars is because the manager at night was nice. I don’t know her name, but she is short and African American with dreads. The team tonight was very bad, the tall dude who was in the front “CLEANING” didn’t acknowledge none of us, and we were standing there over 5 mins, and he did have music playing and that’s very “UNPROFESSIONAL. Also far as the team they wasn’t listening to her at all, and I felt bad for her because I work in customer service, and if your team isn’t behind you that can make you look bad, but hopefully this helps. I WILL SAY THIS YOU SHOULD FIRE ALL OF THEM OTHER THEN THE TALL BLACK GUY WHO HANDLE MY FOOD, AND THE GIRL THAT WAS IN DRIVE THRU. I asked for my food fresh and it wasn’t, I said no lettuce, and the manger on duty screamed it to the cooks as well, and I guess they didn’t hear her, but thanks to the manager that was there tonight. You handle everything correctly! DONT LEAVE STAY, JUST GET A BETTER TEAM!
