Once you see the iconic Flintstones font you know you've arrived. Not looking like much from outside you'll feel the same once you enter. But surely and steadily the classic Irish charm will win your heart. Speaking of classic, the rock on the radio will have you lipsyncing for your life whether you know it or not. Once you've established yourself at one of their plentiful seats you can begin to take in the subtle nuance of this fine dining dive bar contradiction in terms as it were in practice and very close to perfection. Invariably Friendly Staff inform you with their food and beverage offerings selflessly in service with a Mona Lisa smirk and your off to the races with excellently prepared food and beverage including a food menu of Cajun, Creole and Italian classic dishes. Like shrimp n grits (brunch only) itialian meatballs (boulders) and American classics like cheese steak sandwiches salads galore and on and on. It may seem like a cafeteria in old folks home but to my surprise the locals exemplify spry and juvenile mobility and a reasonable sense of humor to boot. so all in good company when your there. At this particular junction our service provider (Steph) is more than deserving of all the praise and my partner in crime do agree. The Rock Falls Tavern was the move on this beautiful Brunch Sunday Day.
