EDIT 08/30/23: I can't speak for the day crew, but the night crew at this location has completely turned the place around. The lack of customer service I previously complained about has been addressed, due largely in part to the introduction of new management and new staff. Wait times, in my experience, are finally on par with every other fast food establishment. The food quality is substantially higher, largely due to the fact that it is being prepared correctly this time, and most importantly, order accuracy is finally back to where it should be. Considerable effort has been put into turning this location around, and it shows. I hate having to do this, but this experience was truly the worst I have ever had from any establishment. The food I was given wasn’t even a joke, that’s too light. The tacos were genuinely inedible. Completely soaked in grease, and so far from being crispy that they fell apart in my hand. The chicken sandwich I was given was not even in the same ballpark as what I ordered. I was given a grease-soaked “chicken” patty, two pieces of wilted iceberg lettuce, two slices of soggy tomato and the wrong bun. I ordered a Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club, and didn’t receive the bacon, the ranch, the cheese, or even the chicken if we’re being honest here. The staff was so far from being friendly, attentive, or even remotely interested in their job, it wasn’t even funny. I understand what it means to be at a job you don’t enjoy. But the first rule of being a part of the workforce is to never make that obvious to the customer. I did not even receive the correct amount of French fries, as my entire order was lumped into one box. The hamburger was the only thing even remotely edible, but for the amount of time it took to prepare my “food”, the temperature was completely unacceptable. The tacos were genuinely cold, the French fries were lukewarm at best, the hamburger was lukewarm, and the chicken sandwich had the consistency of a microwaveable Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich. I waited for 15 minutes and spent $20 on two meals that ended up in the dumpster. At this point, I’m not even mad, I’m just disappointed.

Drive thru takes a very long time. 10 minutes at least just for them to take the order. I understand if there was a lot of cars in front of me but there were not. There was one car in front of me and they ended up leaving because they probably took forever to take their order. Once I pulled up, I was asked to wait. I waited more than 5 minutes, I said hello and no one answered back. By this time the 2 cars behind me ended up leaving. I ended up driving around to order inside and it even took another 5 minutes before someone took my order. This is just bad service. UPDATE: I have been back 3 times since my bad rating and I must stay that the service had improved tremendously. The drive thru has been quick and I just wanted to change my rating from 1 star to a 4 star.

Tiny tacos!!! The staff here is so friendly. We’ve been annoying them in the drive thru and they tolerate us too well. I read some of the other reviews and I really wish people would be more patient with fast food employees. We usually have to pull up to wait for our order, but it never takes too long and the staff sends us off with a smile. I’ve never seen the drive through line long. I’m thankful for this location. And for tiny tacos.

Jack in the box is awesome! We don't eat alot of fast food but whenever we do they never seem to disappoint. We are always up to trying new things so we get something different all the time. The burgers are great and the grilled chicken sandwich was also very good. An added bonus is they have curly fries. ( personal favorite).
