got three veggie burger combos. all very tasty. the staff was very nice and accommodating. my dad loves coming here because i enjoys talking to the workers. restaurant is always well maintained

I use Harvey's app to pre order my meal. When I arrived it was pretty busy. I am glad that to order the meal ahead of time. It saved me lots of time. The estimate time for pick up is quite accurate. A++ servise, nice staff. Parking lot is big, no problem with parking.

Love the food here- burgers are well done and juicy and the wraps are yummy. It's our go-to burger joint. I only wish I didn't have to ask for the plant activity pot every single time, I ordered a kids meal. My kid loves that activity kit and the fact that I order a kids meal only to get that, but yet have to ask for it every single time (more than five times now) is a bit disappointing. What are you'll saving those seeds for?

This location's eating area could use some cleaning and a paint job to fix all the debts and paint chips on the walls. Although polite, the 5 boys behind the counter managed to mess up our order twice, even though there was only 1 other group of 2 in the restaurant.
Saw the young man managing the fryer drop someone else's burger onto a pretty counter and then pick it up again to serve. Not sure I would've wanted to eat that.
Been going here off and on for a few years and this was the worst experience.

When I go to a specific fast food restaurant chain, I expect it to taste like all the the ones that I have previously tried and this one tasted like the Harvey's I grew up with, which is a good thing. Clean restaurant, friendly staff. I also ordered online to pick up and that was fine as well.

The employees were nice, however, we waited 10-15 minutes while five people to serve my friend and I. We were the only customers in the store. They were having conversations while we just stood and waited. At one point they let us know they forgot to put our onion rings in so we had to wait while our burgers were sitting there ready. Disappointing.

I come to this location often as I live walking distance. A couple weeks ago, I had such a great service from both Mohammed and Isaiah. They are super friendly, accommodating and attentive. They definitely deserve the praise, well done!

Use to love this place!!! They have hired a group of people who are horrible! They started fighting behind the counter! When preparing the food they were rude and the burger was burnt!! I’m wondering where is the awesome manager that used to be there?!!!!
Please get rid of your staff that worked on May 21st at 7:30 pm!!!!!!
