Chipotle Mexican Grill

We have ordered from here several times, its like 50/50 a good or bad experience. When its bad, pickup orders are getting made in the back like 20 at a time before any of them end up on the pick up shelf. So people are just waiting for their orders as they can see them done and finished in the back but no one takes them to the pickup shelf until there are literally like 20 completed. Also got delivery from here last night and it took 2+ hours and ultimately got the wrong order, my name and receipt with the correct order was on the bag. This chipotle has room for improvement.

So disappointed like i was in there before and they weren’t helping me and then made me download an app and order off there (which wasn’t even working) so they finally decided to take my order after sitting right there with 4 workers after 15 minutes but whatever didn’t complain still tipped but tonight is the icing on the cake ordered my usual veggie bowl with pretty much everything on it so did my bf (brown rice for both of us) and hot this sad bean white rice 3 salsa sour cream thing bf got the same also wrapped in tin foil honestly never been so irritated over food like it’s chipotle and it’s pretty easy to not FORGET THE VEGGIES on a veggie bowl or get the rice right or put lettuce and guacamole on vegetarian bowls ridiculous almost forgot to add tried to call and they just let it ring and ring and hung up eventually

Lately I have really been loving the chicken quesadilla from chipotle. Today I was craving one when I left target next door and ordered it on the app. It was ready when I made my way over there before it said it would be. I love how quick things can be ready. The place was kept nice and clean. The pickup area is right by the door for easy access. My quesadilla was exactly what I wanted and hit the spot. I will definitely be back. It was just enjoy food to fill me up with the three sides I could pick along with the quesadilla. I work at target and might just have to make my way over during my breaks more often.

I ordered 2x steak chipotle bowl but I got 0x steak, I don't even get fajita veggies... I called them 5 times to see what is going on here ... They used to be really good at what they do, I don't know what is going on .. I just want a chipotle steak bowl... Please .. PS, I checked my photos, I don't see the current date on the screen shots I made, it is 1/5/2022...

I love Chipotle in general, but this one gets extra points for almost always being open during scheduled hours and consistently allowing indoor ordering and dining. Many Twin Cities locations will unexpectedly post signs saying "Sorry for the inconvenience, we're closed" or "Digital orders only." Sucks when you've driven to multiple locations to find these signs. This location, again, has been consistently available.

I ordered a double steak salad bowl with guac through the Chipotle website. Everything on the label/receipt of my food order was correct when it was delivered. However they sent me 3 chicken tacos with beans and rice. The food label was put on the wrong order! I was unable to call the store directly and had to go on the Chipotle website to attempt to get my money back. They use bots and was not able to refund my money. I've ordered from this Chipotle multiple times and I feel like 1 out of every 3 orders something is wrong. $28 with tip and fees and I didn't even get to eat my dinner. I will never eat at this location ever again.

The employees at this Chipotle are the best Eric made my burrito. Came in the line was not moving one gentleman in front of us said it's taking too long and he left but we were anxious to get our burritos. When Eric said hello I said what's your name he said Eric I said hey Eric and Lloyd he said what do you have I said give me the "Lloyd" Eric play last what's that I said let's begin. After I got him to put the fixing in the wrap the girl could not wrap it she had to put a second tortilla on there and then one tin foil was not enough she had to wrap it in a second tin foil. - THAT'S THE "LLOYD"! I GOT A SPRITE IN A BOTTLE SO MUCH BETTER THAN FOUNTAIN POP, yes I finished it. It was just slow in the beginning because the computers went down nothing to do with the employees and the employees all kept a great attitude. This is my favorite Chipotle now
