Panera Bread

Love Panera Bread in general. Food is often clean and health. I have ordered chicken salad sandwich few times now at this location for me and my staff. This location is very clean and staff is great. I visited this location a month ago to pick up order I made online. They could not find my order. However, they replaced my order quickly for free. I left a happy customer.

The third time they’ve not given me the correct order, I didn’t even get one piece of Panera bread which is the whole reason I went the broccoli cheddar soup and bread, I bought three meals and they’re all wrong, and it’s the middle of the snow storm so I’m not driving back up, the location was perfect but the service sucks, not driving to another location so it’s adios Panera bread, too bad cuz I loved that soup but I asked for no sauce, even asked what the sauce was so I know he heard me

Haven't eaten at a Panera in years and happened to be at an appointment at Best Buy so decided to grab dinner from the drive through. I ordered broccoli mac n cheese and an Asian chicken salad. Total was around $17 and some change. The mac n cheese was not mac n cheese. It was broccoli cheddar soup with noodles. It was bland and flavorless so I tossed it. The salad was, well sad. Not sure what makes it an "Asian" salad but it did nit look anything like the picture. No vegetables at all just iceberg lettuce and a few Tortilla strips, that's not even Asian! Panera used to have such good food. Not sure what happened but thinking I'll stick to the bakery/coffee items going forward at this location!

Alot of soups, sides and specialty drinks/sandwiches were sold out when I went in the evening (around 7pm). I got there new flat bread pizza which was very good however was not cut very good that made difficult to eat and enjoy. Overall don't expect to get "all options available " after dinner hour.
